Conventional Structure and Problems Conventionally, when packaging an object 1 such as an electrical device shown in FIG. 1 with buffer members 2 fitted at both ends,
Although the box shown in FIG. 6 was used, it was uneconomical and difficult to mechanize the packaging work because it required a large amount of box materials such as cardboard and paperboard.
In addition, in order to eliminate these drawbacks, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, in packaging equipment aimed at reducing the amount of box material used, it is possible to connect the cushioning body and the cardboard or paperboard that is the box material. It was possible to fix it by stopping it. However, in this case, the cushioning member and the corrugated board or paperboard are not tightly fixed, and the packaged item is exposed from the box.

Purpose of the invention In addition to creating an inexpensive structure with less box materials such as cardboard or paperboard, the cushioning body and the cardboard or paperboard are fixed with an adhesive material to improve the fixing strength of both, and the packaged items are exposed from the box. Composition of the device A buffer body fitted at both ends to hold the packaged object, a cardboard or paperboard provided so as to wrap around the outer periphery of the buffer body, and a cutter provided at the edge of the cardboard or paperboard. It is made up of a plurality of tongue pieces each having a score line that can be opened and having an adhesive attached thereto so as to be bent from the score line and fixed on the buffer body.
With this configuration, when manufacturing the box, the cushioning body is wrapped in cardboard or paperboard, and when unpacking, the cushioning body is cut out along the scored lines.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS In FIG. 1, numeral 1 represents an object to be packaged, such as electrical equipment, and numeral 2 represents a shock absorber such as styrofoam fitted from both sides. The buffer body 2 constitutes a side surface of the packaging device. Second
The figure is a developed view of a cardboard box for packaging an item to be packaged 1. A tongue piece 4 is provided at each end of the opposing side edges of the cardboard box 3, and the folded part of the tongue piece 4 is easy to cut when unpacking. Incision lines 5 were carved as shown. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, packaging is carried out by wrapping the packaged object 1 and cushioning body 2 shown in FIG. Fix it. When opening the package, as shown in Fig. 5, after cutting the cardboard 3 along the cutting lines 5 while grasping it with your hands, open the cushioning body 2 on both sides in the direction of the arrow 6, and then open the packaged object 1. can be taken out. Note that although cardboard was used in this embodiment, paperboard may be used instead. Also, tongue piece 4
is not limited to the position shown in FIG. 2, but may be provided on the entire side edge, or may be made smaller if it can be reliably bonded.

Effects of the invention In the present invention, the tongue piece provided on the corrugated board or paperboard is fixed to the buffer body by adhesion, so that the fixation is ensured and the packaged item will not be exposed due to the buffer body coming off. In addition, handling is easy because the package can be unpacked by simply cutting along the cutting lines. Furthermore, it is possible to reduce the amount of cardboard or paperboard that is used as a box material, resulting in an inexpensive structure, and during packaging work, a cushioning material, etc. is placed on top of the cardboard or paperboard and rolled up, and the tongue piece is used as a cushioning material. It can also be mechanized since the work is as simple as fixing it.
