Abstract

PURPOSE:To aim at producing a decorative sheet with deep appearance by making a depression on the surface of a jewelry, preparing a colored layer on its bottom surface, mixing and stirring on the surface of the colored layer two kinds of pigments which are repellent each other to produce a layer with a rough pattern, and forming an upper layer with an epoxy resin coating. CONSTITUTION:A depression 2 is made on the surface of a jewelry 1 such as brooch or the like, and a colored layer 4 is formed on its bottom. One of the two coating materials which have a property to repel each other is applied upon its surface 5, and before it is hardened, the other coating material is applied thereon and stirred. Accordingly, the two coating materials are transformed into separate masses by repelling each other, resulting in formation of a layer with a rough pattern 6. After hardening of the coating materials, an epoxy resin coating is injected into the depression until the same level with the top surface 1 is achieved. With this constitution, it becomes possible to make the surface pattern stereoscopic, the surface with rough pattern to have deep appearance, and stabilized by means of the epoxy resin coating.

(Prior art) For example, eyeglass frames are worn on the face to hold the lenses, but they are not only functional in that they are light and easy to hang, and can be worn for long periods of time without getting tired, but they are also highly design-oriented. Eyeglass frames with various decorations and designs are often used. Of course, metal eyeglass frames in recent years are made of materials with high tensile strength and excellent spring properties, so they have inevitably become slimmer frames, and in many cases, the pursuit of functionality has also resulted in improved design. Conventional forms of decoration applied to eyeglass frames include plating, painting, and printing by transfer or the like. However, these conventional decorative forms are extremely monotonous, and at the same time, the patterns formed by printing have no sense of depth on a two-dimensional surface. Also, the printed patterns are not only flat, but also have a thin ink layer on the frame surface. There are many cases where the ink layer is merely attached in a convex shape, and when it comes into contact with an object, the ink layer peels off and the printed pattern disappears.
This phenomenon occurs not only in eyeglass frames, but also in what is generally called accessories, and is a problem in many cases.

(Objective of the Present Invention) Therefore, the present invention is a technology developed with the aim of solving these problems, and provides a type of decorative board that gives a three-dimensional effect to the pattern of accessories and has depth, and a method for manufacturing the same.

(Structure of the present invention) The present invention relates to a decorative board formed on the surface of accessories such as eyeglass frames and brooches, and the decorative board has three
It is formed with layers. Of course, the base is a main body, but a concave dish is formed on a part of the surface of the main body, and a color layer is provided on the bottom of the dish. 8. The color layer is a thin layer colored with a predetermined color, and may be a paint film or a plating layer. 2. When the entire body is color-plated, the plating layer is changed into a color layer. They may be substituted, and another color layer may be formed on the top surface of the plating layer. Furthermore, the base of the color layer is not limited to a metal surface, but may also be a thermosetting resin base, and an uneven pattern will be formed on the color layer formed in this way. A plurality of paints that do not mix with each other are used to form the uneven pattern, for example, an oil-based paint and a water-based paint are used. In order to form an uneven pattern using both paints, one of the paints is first applied, and before it hardens, the other paint is applied and mixed.

In other words, one paint is in a semi-cured state, and if you mix the paint in this state with another paint that does not mix, the semi-cured paint becomes uneven, and there is a repulsive force between the two paints, so It hardens leaving unevenness as it is. Of course, not only the surface becomes uneven, but also one paint may be embedded with another paint. Furthermore, an upper layer is formed on the uneven pattern layer by injecting and curing a paint mainly composed of epoxy resin. A primer treatment is applied before applying the resin paint. After the epoxy resin paint is injected, it is cured by forced heating or at room temperature, and the surface of the upper layer is polished if necessary.

(Example) FIGS. 1A to 1D show an example of the process of manufacturing a decorative laminate according to the present invention, and FIG. 1A shows a state in which a concave plate 2 is formed on a part of the surface of an eyeglass frame. The means for forming the concave plate 2 is not particularly problematic.

In the case of a metal frame, press molding is common, and the bottom surface 3 of such a concave plate 2 is coated with a color layer 4 as shown in b.
is formed. Here, the color layer 4 may be a paint film or a color plating layer, and if the entire area of the eyeglass frame is coated with color plating or color painting,
These plating or painting layers can also be used as color layers. Then, an uneven pattern layer 6 is formed on the upper surface 5 of the color layer 4 as shown in C, and FIGS. First, paint A 7 is applied to the upper surface 5 of the color layer 4 (see FIG. 2a).

After applying paint 7, paint B is applied as shown in b before it is allowed to harden for -3 hours, and then stirred with a thin rod. Since the A and B paints 7.8 used here are paints that do not mix with each other, they do not form a single layer even when stirred, and as shown in C, the paints 7.8 repel each other and become individual. Make a lump.

By the way, what is a paint that has the property of repelling without mixing?
For example, an oil-based paint may be used for the A paint 7 and a water-based paint may be used for the B paint 8. Even if both the A and Bfi materials 7 and 8 are oil-based paints, they may not mix together depending on their properties.

Therefore, the independent souls of A, B@931 materials 7 and 8 like C exhibit an uneven pattern 6 as a whole, and B paint 8
The A paint 7 is embedded inside. When the uneven pattern layer 6 is then hardened, it gives a three-dimensional effect compared to a two-dimensional pattern such as conventional printing, but it further improves the three-dimensional effect of the uneven pattern and gives it depth. An upper layer 9 is formed to protect the uneven pattern layer 6.

The upper layer 9 is mainly composed of epoxy resin, and a curing agent and sometimes a small amount of pigment may be mixed therein, but the epoxy resin paint is injected into the concave plate 2 until it is almost flush with the frame surface 1. However, before injecting the epoxy resin paint, primary processing is performed to strengthen the bond between the upper layer 9 formed by the epoxy resin paint and the uneven pattern layer 6. The injected epoxy resin paint is then forcedly heated or cured naturally to form the upper layer 9, and the upper surface 10 of the upper layer 9 is polished as necessary to obtain a decorative board 11. In the example described above, two types of paints, A and B, were used to form the uneven pattern layer 6, but more than three types of paints can be mixed and stirred. A colorful uneven pattern may be formed by mixing pigments.

FIG. 3 shows a general eyeglass frame. The decorative laminate 11 according to the present invention should have its shape, size, forming location, etc. determined in harmony with the overall design of the eyeglass frame. For example, Connecting plate 12, endpiece 13. Additionally, the surface of the vine 14 is common.

(Effects) In other words, 1. Since the decorative board of the present invention forms an uneven pattern layer using two or more types of paint that do not mix, it has a three-dimensional pattern compared to a conventional planar pattern.1. It can provide an appearance that cannot be obtained with a Y-plane pattern. Further, since the upper layer is formed on the top surface of the uneven pattern layer, the uneven pattern appears to stand out due to the refraction of light, giving a deep uneven pattern. Furthermore, due to the formation of the upper layer, the uneven pattern does not collapse due to contact with objects, and a stable decorative board can be obtained.
