Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、人形用ハウス玩具あるいは筆箱等の
折曲げ部に用いるヒンジに関する。

人形用ハウス玩具、筆箱あるいはルーズリーフ
ノートの表紙等は、厚紙等を芯材として樹脂被覆
した比較的厚手の板材によつて構成されており、
その一部に折曲げ可能なヒンジ部を有していた。
そして、従来、この折曲げ可能なヒンジ部は、芯
材を完全に分割し、芯材を被覆する樹脂を接着し
て樹脂のみで形成していた。

本考案は上記の欠点に鑑みてなされたものであ
り、折曲げ部の一部を折曲げ線に沿つて切抜くと
ともに、残部芯材の折曲げ線外側に折曲げ溝を形
成した芯材を、ウエルデイング加工によつて樹脂
被覆することにより、他の部分と同様の強さを有
し、しかも製造の簡単なヒンジの提供を目的とす
る。

切抜き孔3及び折曲げ溝4を形成することによ
り、芯材1の折曲げ部2における折曲げを容易に
行なえるようにしている。

以上の如く本考案によれば、一枚の芯材の折曲

折曲げ溝を形成し、且つ、この一枚の芯材に、ウ
エルデイング加工によつて樹脂被覆した構成とし
てあるので、製造工程における樹脂被覆作業が容
易になる。また、折曲げ部に切抜き孔以外の残部
芯材が介在するヒンジ構成となつているので、他
の部分と同様の強度を有し長期間の使用に耐え得
る。さらに、切抜き孔を被覆する上下両面の樹脂
を溶着してあるので、折曲げの際に樹脂が浮いた
り、まくれたりすることがなく、使い心地あるい
は美観等を損うことがない。

によつて樹脂被覆してなる下記要件を備えたこと
を特徴とするヒンジ。 (イ) 板状の一枚の芯材の折曲げ部に、芯材の一部
を折曲げ線に沿つて切抜き、適宜幅の切抜き孔
を形成すること。 (ロ) 折曲げ部における切抜き孔以外の残部芯材の
折曲げ線外側に、半切り加工もしくはプレス加
工等により折曲げ線に沿つた折曲げ溝を形成す
ること。 (ハ) 切抜き孔を被覆する両側部分の樹脂を、ウエ
ルデイング加工によつて溶着させること。
