Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate a visible acknowledgment of a displayed state of an operating panel irrespective of an opened or closed condition of a door of a rice cooking device by a method wherein an operating panel of a gas cooking device is installed at a front surface of a mounting table which is slidably mounted in an aft and fro direction of a bottom part within a storing chamber, and an opposing part of the operating panel of the rice cooking device is made as a transparent one. CONSTITUTION:A rice cooking device 9 is comprised of a rice cooking door 13 installed at an opening 11 of a storing chamber 12 so as to be opened vertically, a mounting table 14 installed at an opening 11 at a bottom part of the storing chamber 12 in such a way as it may be slid in an aft and fro direction, and a gas cooking device 15 installed in this mounting table. An operating panel 21 upwardly inclined is installed at a front end of the mounting table 14. This panel is provided with a display lamp 22, a touch switch 23 and a plug socket 24 and the like which are required for operating the rice cooking device 15. A handle and a frame plate 25 required for pulling out the mounting table 14 are vertically arranged at a rear part of the panel 21. A circuit substrate 26 is arranged at a rear side of the panel 21.
