方法と、その方法の実施に使用する金型を提供すること

本発明の絵付は成形品の製造方法は、第1図に示すよう
に、雄型2Aと雌型2Bとからなる射出成形金型2の雌
型2Bのキャビティ壁の少なくとも一部を多孔質の電鋳
品22で構成するとともに、この電鋳品からなるキャビ
ティ壁の背後を、排気孔21を通して真空源(図示して
ない)に接続した成形装置を使用し、任意の絵柄を有す
ラミネート用化粧シート1Aを、上記のIll型2Bを
利用して真空成形することにより予備成形して、第2図
に示すようなラミネート用化粧シートの予備成形体1B

[実施例1]
