本案は、製菓製餅等の食品加工工業に使用され

を撹拌することであいどりを不要とし、杵体で餅

餅搗き作業中には回転体の作用が餅に伝わるよう
にし、且つ餅の取出しに際しては、餅が回転体に
粘着しないようにして作業能率の向上がなされた
