The present application is a ladder-shaped unit frame curved in an arc, and if necessary, a frame for a bunker can be completed in an extremely short time by simply connecting multiple unit frames in the depth direction with bolts and nuts. It is. Furthermore, when not in use, for example during storage or transportation, the ladder-like unit framework becomes a single small curved pillar, making it possible to transport large amounts of frame materials extremely efficiently with one truck. be. In addition, in case of emergency use, it can be assembled into a frame, folded and transported, and simply expanded to be used as a frame for a bunker.

The details of the embodiment will be explained below with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a front view of the present invention installed on the ground. Figure 2 is a plan view of only the frame, showing a state in which two unit frames A, namely A 1 and A 2 , are connected in the depth direction, and their continuity is omitted because they are exactly the same in the direction of the arrow. . 1st
In Figures 1 to 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a beam member made of aluminum alloy and having a groove-shaped cross section. Reference numeral 2 denotes a horizontal beam, which is also made of aluminum alloy and has a smaller cross section than the beam material 1. Reference numeral 3 denotes a connecting piece, which is made of cast iron and made of the same material as the beam material, and has an outer diameter that is inscribed in the groove of the crosspiece 2. The pair of cross-pieces 2, 2 that abut each other in a straight line are rotatably connected by semi-tubular rivets 10 passing through the abutting ends of the cross-pieces 2 through the connecting piece 3. Teru. In order to allow the crosspiece 2 to rotate, the corner of the abutting end of the crosspiece 2 is cut out to form an R-shape, as shown in FIG. Note that 4' is a hole for passing a rope through, which will be described later. The other ends 2' of the connected pair of horizontal beams 2 are connected to the surface side of the grooves of the pair of beam members 1, which are disposed parallel to each other with their grooves facing each other, through spacers 7, and downwardly with washers 11. A round machine screw 9 is passed through it, and it is tightened with a nut 9' and rotatably supported. The reason for holding the straight cross-piece 2 through the spacer 7 is to allow the straight cross-piece 2 to be accommodated in the groove of the curved beam 1.
As a result, the cross section of the beam 1 becomes larger, and the strength of the beam 1 used as shown in FIG. 1 can be further increased.

In the embodiment, connected horizontal beams 2 are attached at seven locations between the beam members 1 and 1, which are arranged facing each other. A Manila hemp rope 4 passing through the center of the connecting pieces 3 is stretched between the crosspieces 2 at one end and the crosspieces 2 at the other end as shown in FIG.
is securely secured to the rope 4 by means of a stopper 8 or the like.

In the unit frame A 2 adjacent to the unit frame A 1 , as shown in Fig. 4, the respective beam members 1 are connected with bolts and nuts 12, and the unit frames A are similarly connected in the depth direction as shown by the arrows in Fig. 2. It forms the frame for the bunker.

Next, to explain how to fold the frame when not in use, remove the earth mound and waterproof sheet,
After removing the anchor 6, when pulling the left end connecting piece 3 in the direction of the arrow in FIG.
is fixed to the stretched rope 4, so all the crossbars 2 rotate around the connecting piece as the rope 4 moves, and the beams 1 and 1 are connected to each other between the pair of beam members 1 and 1 facing each other. The interval becomes smaller, and eventually the crosspiece 2 is housed in the groove of the beam member 1, and the rope 4 enters between the pair of crosspieces 2, 2, so that the unit frame A becomes as shown by the dotted line in Figure 1. Its appearance resembles that of a single square piece of lumber. When the above operations are continued, the frame becomes a compact curved plate. If the beam material and crossbars are made of light alloy, it will be lightweight and easy to work with, and the smaller plate-shaped frames can be stacked and transported and stored easily.
