【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は燃焼装置に関するものであり、熱膨張
をのがすと同時に燃焼用空気のもれを防ぐことを
目的とする。

膨張を、炎口部Cへの空気通路を形成するバーナ
筒Dとバーナ本体Aとの接続部をスライド可能に
することで吸収していた。しかしながらこれでは
接続部より燃焼用空気がもれ燃焼に悪影響を及ぼ
すものであつた。又、噴霧ノズルBは裏蓋Eを介
してバーナ本体Aに固定されているため燃焼口F
との寸法が変わり、燃焼性が不安定になるもので
あつた。

ナ内筒で、その開放端部をバーナ外筒3と接続固
定し、バーナ外筒3との間に前記した空気通路5
を形成している。4はバーナ内筒6内周面に多数
穿孔された炎口であり、7はバーナ内筒6底中央
に設けられた燃焼口である。8はバーナ内筒6底
外面にその底外面を固定された有底筒状の1次空
気筒であり、底中央には燃焼口7と重なる開口が
設けられている。9は1次空気筒8の開放端のフ
ランジ部にその底外面が固定される有底筒状の裏
蓋であり、その外周面はバーナ本体1に開口され
た開口周縁のバーリング部10の内周面とスライ
ド可能に嵌合されている。11は裏蓋9の開放端
部に外方に向けて形成されたフランジで、バーナ
本体1の外面との間に弾性のパツキン12をはさ
み込んでいる。13は裏蓋9底中央に固定された
噴霧ノズルで、前方に燃焼口7が位置するように
設けられている。14は気化筒で、燃焼口7前方
に設けられている。

えずにシール材料を選べるのでパツキンは安価な
もので済み、燃焼空気のもれもなくすことができ
るのである。
