【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は、回動させることによつて被締結部材
にねじ込まれ、自己のねじ山に適合する雌ねじを
被締結部材に切り込んで締結を行う所謂タツピン

(従来技術)
この種のタツピンねじにおいては、ねじ込みト
ルクの軽減を計るための種々の提案がなされてい
る。例えば特公昭37−4608号のように、ねじ軸の
断面を三角状の非円形にしてねじ込む際に3点接
触させるものや、特公昭39−14383号のように、
円錐状の先端軸にねじ山より突出する大きさで複
数の突起を設けたもの等がある。しかしながら、
前者は三点接触で締付が行なわれるために締付力
が低下する欠点があり、後者は前記突起によつて
塑性加工される雌ねじにバラツキが生じて雌ねじ
とタツピンねじとの間のクリアランスが大きくな
り、締付力の低下やバラツキを起こす欠点があつ

そこで本考案では前記した従来技術の欠点を改
善し、ねじ込みトルクを軽減すると共に、締付力
を低下させないタツピンねじの提供を目的とする

(考案の構成と作用)
本考案のタツピンねじは、少くとも平行ねじ軸
部と先端ねじ軸部の接合部附近のねじ山に対し、
そのフランジ面に多数の小径凹部を設けたことを
要旨とする。すなわち、軸径およびねじ山高さが
次第に大きくなり、最大のねじ込みトルクを必要
とする接合部附近で、被締結部材と接触するねじ
山の表面積を少くすることによつてねじ込みトル

(実施例)
以下に本考案の実施例を図面により説明する。
第1図はタツピンねじ1の全体正面図であり、通
常のタツピンねじと同様に頭部2と平行ねじ軸部
3および先端ねじ軸部4によつて構成されてい
る。頭部2はドライバー等の回動手段との係合溝
5を備え、該頭部の座面6側から伸びた円柱軸7
上には等高ねじ山8が設けられて平行ねじ軸部3
が形成されている。又前記円柱軸7に連続した円
錐軸9上には先細りのねじ山10が、前記等高ね
じ山8と連続する態様で設けられて先端ねじ軸部
4が形成されている。前記の平行ねじ軸部3と先
端ねじ軸部4との接合部附近のねじ山11に対
し、そのフランク面には第2図の拡大断面図で示
すように多数の小径凹部12が設けられている。
この小径凹部12は、ゴルフボールの表面に設け
られているデインプル(Dinpie)のような半球
状の凹陥部であつて、ほぼ一様の深さで点在され
ている。又、これら小径凹部12は、転造に際し
てダイスの適所に小径凹部と適合する形状の小径
突起を設けることで加工できる。尚、他の実施例
として第3図のタツピンねじ13のように小径凹
部をねじ山のほぼ全域に渡つて設けるようにして
