The floating canopy has a structure in which the floating canopy is always urged upward by a biasing spring. (Problem to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, the loose canopy ribs supporting the canopy 40 are always urged in the direction by the biasing spring, and when the canopy is fully closed,
It is held down against the biasing spring by the tension of the hood. For this reason, for example, it is rumored that flapping occurs when the hood is exposed to the wind or is affected by negative pressure during high-speed driving. In some cases, C may be provided with a guide piece on the guide rail side, as described in Utility Model Application Publication No. 61-37019, to prevent wind and water from entering. It is known that the movement of the top at the time of rF1 is regulated by providing a guide roller on the top bone that engages with the guide piece in a detachable manner. However, the guide roller is provided on the side of the floating canopy, and when it is fully closed, it is pressed downward by the tension of the top knob and engages with the guide piece, so the opening opening inevitably faces diagonally upward. It becomes a shape. For this reason, there remains the problem that play occurs when the guide piece and the guide roller engage, making it difficult to obtain a secure restraint state. Therefore, this invention securely restrains the movement of the top when fully closed.
The purpose of this invention is to provide a hood-type sunroof device. [Structure of the Invention] (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a flexible hood that is provided in a roof opening having a guide member and is movable back and forth; It has fixing supports and floating supports that are movable up and down and that support the floating supports at predetermined intervals and that are slidable along the guide member, and urging means that urges the floating supports upward. , providing locking bodies on both sides of the floating support, allowing engagement with the locking bodies from above when the canopy is fully closed, and restricting upward movement after the engagement is completed;
Further, engaging members each having an engaging surface that is released from engagement when the locking body moves back and forth are provided on both sides of the roof opening. (Function) In such a sunroof device, the locking bodies provided on both sides of the floating support engage with the engaging member from above when the hood is fully closed, and their upward movement is restricted. It becomes like this. Therefore, the top will not flap even if it is fanned by the wind or affected by negative pressure during high-speed driving. In addition, wind and water are prevented from entering the vehicle interior, and it is also possible to prevent the arm from being inserted into the vehicle interior, thereby improving theft prevention. (Embodiment) Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings of FIGS. 1 to 17. In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates a roof consisting of an inner panel 3 and an outer panel 5, and the roof 1 is provided with a roof opening 9 in which guide members 7, 7 are arranged on both left and right sides. Further, on the front end side of the rising wall 15, an inclined surface 17 is provided which is continuous with the guide surface 15a and which descends from the front to the rear and then rises. On the rear end side of the roof opening 9, there is provided a drive motor 19 capable of forward and reverse rotation controlled by a hand switch (not shown), and a guard cable 21, which is pulled and controlled by the drive motor 19, is connected to the cable of the guide member 7. Guide W4
It is movably stored in 11. Further, the roof opening 9 is provided with a hood 23 made of flexible hood fabric. The hood 23 has an outer leather 23a on the outside and an inner leather 23b on the inside that serves as a headlining. On both sides of the hood 23, wires 24 are provided on the outer leather 23a side to ensure tension, and when the hood is fully closed, the outer and inner seal members 16a
・It is in ballistic contact with 16b. The front region of the hood 23 is connected to the front movable body 25, the middle region is connected to a plurality of supports 27 serving as hood ribs, and the rear region is connected to the rear movable body 29.
are supported by each. The front movable body 25 has a predetermined width and is formed in the shape of a long strip in the direction of the vehicle riJ. Note that the end portion of the canopy 23 that covers the upper surface of the front movable body 25 and is folded back from the front edge to the back side is fixed to the back surface of the front movable body 25. Both ends of the front movable body 25 are slidably supported along the guide member 7 and are attached to the first glue. Descending means 31
As a result, the rear end side of the front movable body 25 is controlled to be switched to the upwardly inclined J8 inclined position. First condescension means 314. t, due to arm I433 τ

Clamping pieces 63a and 63a are provided which restrain the left and right movement of the hinge arm 63 by engaging with each other from above. Further, a coil-shaped biasing spring 65 is interposed at the insertion base of the fixing slider 51, and one spring terminal 65
a is attached to the slider 51. The other spring terminal 65b is locked to the hinge arm 63, and the floating slider 53 is always urged upward by the urging spring 65. The rear movable body 29 has a predetermined width, is formed in the shape of a long strip in the direction of the vehicle tiJ, and is movable on the rail portion 13a via the slider 66. Note that the hood 23 covers the upper surface of the rear movable body 29 and is folded back from the rear edge to the back side.
The terminal portions of are located on the same right side on the back surface of the rear movable body 29. The rear movable body 29 is provided with locking devices 67 on the left and right sides to restrict movement of the rear movable body 29 when the rear movable body 29 is in the fully closed position. The locking device 67 includes a handle bracket 69 that is slidably attached to the rail portion 13 of the guide member 7, and a movable bracket 7 that is combined with the handle bracket 69 and fixed to the back surface of the rear movable body 29 via a plurality of links 68.
1, and a hook arm 7 which is pivotally supported by a link 68 and removably engages with a locking piece 73 provided on the inner panel 3.
5 and an operation handle 77 for engaging and disengaging the hook arm 75, and the hook arm 75 is engaged with the locking piece 73 by the operation handle 77 when the rear movable body 29 is in the fully closed position. set in position. In FIG. 15, reference numeral 79 indicates a second elevating means that raises and tilts the rear end side of the front movable body 25 when the rear movable body 29 completes its forward movement. The second elevating means 79 is provided on the front end side of the guide member 7, and a lever shaft 81 is installed on the side surface of the guide member 7.
It is formed by a holding lever 83 that is rotatable around , and the holding lever 83 is provided with a push-up part 85. As shown in Fig. 1-4, the push-up part 85 is in the first and second positions when fully closed.
The arms 35 and 37 are in a non-operating position facing below the arm shaft 33. When the suppressing portion 56 of the slider 51 rides on the lever part 83a of the holding lever 83, the arm shaft 33 of the first and second arms 35 and 37 is pushed upward. Note that 87 indicates a cover plate that is fixed to the two rear movable bodies and protrudes forward by a predetermined amount. The cover plate 87 is used to hide the functional parts that support the top 23 from being seen from inside the vehicle when the top 23 is folded and moved in front or behind the roof opening 9. In the hood type sunroof device configured in this way,
When the drive motor 19 pulls and controls the guard cable 21, as shown in FIG. Since the rear end of the driven slider 41 presses the pressing part 56 of the fixed slider 51 located at the very end, the locking body 61 of the floating slider 53 is disengaged from the engagement member 59 via the hinge arm 63. Hereinafter, the first fixing slider 51 is the suppressor 5.
6 presses the suppressing portion 56 of the next fixed slider 51, so the locking body 61 of the floating slider 53 located at the R end is disengaged from the engagement member 59 and rises. When the front movable body 25 completes its rearward movement, the top 23 is folded into two tiers and becomes fully closed by the raised support 27 as shown in FIG. Next, by moving the front movable body 25 in the fully closed position forward, a fully closed state can be obtained. In this case, as shown in FIG. 14, just before the front movable body 25 completes the fully closed position, the locking body 611 of the floating slider 53 is lowered while acting on the trigger 9 and 59C of the engaging member 59. When the closing is completed, the tension of the hood 23 causes the staff 1 to
Thus, an engaged state in which the engagement surface 61a and the engagement surface 59d are engaged is ensured. Therefore, even if the hood is exposed to the wind or is affected by negative r+ while driving at high speed, it will not flap.
No. In addition, wind and water will no longer intrude into the middle room. [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the hood type sunroof device of the present invention, the locking body that is engaged from above with respect to the engagement member is prevented from moving upward by the engagement surface. Since it reliably meets the regulation υ1, it is possible to prevent the hood from flapping even if it is blown by the wind or affected by negative I■ during high-speed driving. Therefore, since a reliable seal is ensured, wind and water will not infiltrate into the vehicle interior. It also improves theft prevention by preventing the arm from being inserted into the room.
