Abstract

PURPOSE:To aim at simplification in mounting execution for a nonflammable plate and improvement in out-of-plane strength by attaching plural pieces of fastening fittings to both upper and lower runners via the runner engaging part, and coupling and fixing a stud to a stud engaging part of each fastening fitting. CONSTITUTION:Plural numbers of fastening fittings with a runner engaging part 2 and a stud engaging part 3 are attached to runners 5 installed in a ceiling and a floor via the runner engaging part 2. Each stud 6 is engaged with the stud engaging part 3 of each fastening fitting 1 and clamped thereto, and nonflammable plates 7, 8 of a gypsum board or the like are installed at both sides of each stud 6. With this constitution, since the stud 6 is surely clamped to the runner 5, out-of-plane strength as a wall is improved and, what is more, mounting execution for these nonflammable plates 7, 8 can be simplified.

Hitherto, partition walls have been formed in a variety of ways. For example, after attaching a non-combustible board to one side of a runner formed on the ceiling and floor, a non-combustible board is attached at a predetermined position on the inner surface of the non-combustible board with a thickness approximately equal to the width of the runner, and at least on the ceiling and floor. Studs (ribs) with a short length equal to the height of the runner.
A method of constructing a partition wall by attaching the studs with adhesive, then applying adhesive to the surface of the studs, and then attaching a non-combustible board to form an opposing wall. A second stud is made and fixed to the side by a width of For example, a method of constructing a partition wall by forming a flat noncombustible board on studs to form an opposing wall (Utility Model Publication No. 54-103011 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 62-60550) is cited. It will be done.

However, in these methods, the studs are fixed to the noncombustible board but not to the runner, so the strength of the wall surface to be constructed is not sufficient, and after forming one wall surface, when installing the opposite wall surface, the studs are not fixed to the runner. There were problems such as the wall surface bending in the direction of the force being applied when pushed against it, making it difficult to install.

Next, fasteners having a runner engaging portion on one side and a stud engaging portion on the opposite side are attached to corresponding positions on the upper and lower runners. At this time, to make installation easier, the width of the runner-engaging part of the fastener should be approximately equal to the width of the runner, and the fastener can be attached to the runner by simply pushing the runner-engaging part into the runner. The fasteners attached to the upper and lower runners may have the same structure or may have different structures. The fasteners can be made of metal such as iron plate or plastic. Specifically, the fasteners shown in Figures vJ3 to 5 are exemplified (each figure A shows a perspective view, and the figure B shows a side view). The fastener 1 shown in Fig. 3 has a runner engaging part 2 and a stud engaging part 3 of the same width, and the fastener 1 shown in Fig. 4 has a width narrower than the width of the runner. It has a stud engaging part 3 and a pawl 4 for securely fixing it to the runner. It should be noted that it is also possible to use one without claws or one in which a master pattern is also formed on the stud engaging portion side. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, a fastener having a structure having a runner engaging part 2 that is attached to a runner attached to the floor can also be used.
The structure shown in the figure can also be used.

In the present invention, the fasteners are attached to the upper and lower runners as described above (they may simply be fitted to the runners, or they may be fixed with adhesive, nails, etc.) so that they do not move. ), then engage the studs with the stud engagement portions of the fasteners, and install the studs at the predetermined intervals between the upper and lower runners. Next, after applying an adhesive to the surface of the stud on which the noncombustible board is to be attached, the noncombustible board is attached to both sides of the stud. At this time, the noncombustible plate may be fixed to the stud using screws or the like. Furthermore, the noncombustible plates may be stretched by forming one side wall and then forming the opposing wall, or by forming both side walls alternately. Generally, when attaching noncombustible boards to studs, the noncombustible boards on the opposing wall are shifted by half the width of the steel plate, so that the joints of the noncombustible boards on one side wall and the opposite wall are not on the same stud. However, the joint may be constructed so that it is on the same stud. Furthermore, it is also possible to attach studs having a thickness narrower than the runner width in a staggered manner to form a space between the noncombustible plate and the studs, and to insert a heat insulating material, a sound insulating material, etc. into the space.

As the studs and noncombustible boards used in the present invention, conventionally known ones can be used, and for example, gypsum boards, fiber gypsum boards, calcium phosphate boards, and laminates thereof can be used. A decorative board whose surface is covered with decorative paper or the like can also be used as a noncombustible board.

According to the present invention, since the studs are securely fixed to the upper and lower runners through the fasteners and integrated, it is extremely easy to install the noncombustible board, and the installation efficiency is greatly improved. The advantage is that the external strength is increased.
