Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform a smooth door opening and closing action by installing a tilt detecting plate moving as interlocking with a door, a displacement sensor set up in a position to be opposed to the detecting plate, and a position detector for detecting a door handling position with an output signal by a distance of up to the said tilt detecting plate from this displacement sensor. CONSTITUTION:When a pattern generating circuit 15 is operated by a door-open command out of an operation control circuit 14, a motor 8 is driven and controlled by the output signal via a motor control circuit 16. Turning effort of this motor 8 is transmitted to a door 1 via a speed reducer 9 and a driving chain 12, whereby this door 1 gets opening slowly. At this time, a tilt detecting plate 24 also moves in accord with movement of the door 1, and a distance with a displacement sensor 25 is continuously varied, so that this sensor 25 continuously generates an output signal 25a proportioned to a distance with a tilt detecting plate 4. On the basis of this signal, a signal 17a out of a door position detector 17 is also continuously varied. With this variation, a signal 15a out of the circuit 15 is also continuously varied, outputting it to a circuit 6, so that the motor 8 is driven and controlled.

On the other hand, as an opening/closing control device for the elevator door 1, a door opening/closing control circuit 13 is provided. This includes a driving operation circuit 14, a pattern generation circuit 15 that operates based on future door opening/closing commands, and a motor control circuit 16 that receives this output signal 15a and controls the drive motor 8.
and a door position detection circuit 17 that provides a door position signal 17a to the pattern generation circuit 15. The door position detection circuit 17 receives an output signal 18a from the door position detector 18 and generates a door position signal 17a, in accordance with which the pattern generation circuit 15 switches generation patterns.

Here, the door position detector 18 is of a multi-stage cam type as shown in FIG. 6, and is interlocked with the sprocket 11 shown in FIG. A spindle 20 whose rotation is converted into rotation, a plurality of timing cams 21 arranged on this spindle 20 so as to rotate together with the spindle 20, and a switch installed opposite each of the timing cams 21. 22. In the door opening/closing operation, when the door 1 comes to a preset door position, the protrusion 21a of the timing cam 21 rotates in accordance with the amount of door movement, and presses the actuator 22a of the switch 22, which is disposed opposite to the protrusion 21a of the timing cam 21. Then, the switch 22 is operated to output the output signal 18a to the door position detection circuit 17, and each switch 22 performs this operation step by step as the door 1 moves.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, in the door opening/closing control device using the multi-stage cam type door position detector 18 configured as described above, the door position detector 1
Since the output signal 18a from the door 8 is outputted from a plurality of switches 22 that operate in a stepwise manner depending on the amount of movement of the door 1, the door position signal 17a from the door position detection circuit 17 that receives the signal is also output as shown in FIG. changes in a step-like manner. For this reason, the generation pattern 15a that changes according to the level of the door position signal 17a also changes stepwise, and accordingly, the door speed of the door 1 that is driven to open and close changes abruptly in steps, causing the door 1 to jerk. There was a problem that it was difficult to obtain a smooth opening and closing operation. Moreover, in order to solve this problem to some extent, it is necessary to increase the number of timing cams 21 and switches 22 to increase the number of stages, which requires a lot of time and effort to install and adjust these cams 21 and switches 21, and increases costs. There was a problem in that it required an increase in installation space.

(Function) With the above configuration, the distance between the inclination detection plate and the displacement sensor that moves in conjunction with the door changes continuously in a stepless manner according to the amount of movement of the door, and always maintains a value corresponding to the door position. Moreover, since the displacement sensor outputs an output signal in proportion to the distance from the tilt detection plate, the output signal of the displacement sensor allows continuous and accurate door position detection. The generation pattern for controlling the motor also changes steplessly, and the opening/closing operation of the door, which is driven and controlled accordingly, becomes extremely accurate and smooth.

First, FIG. 1 shows the entire door device, and FIG. 2 shows the main parts on an enlarged scale. The guiding and opening/closing drive mechanism of the door 1 and its door opening/closing control circuit 13 are the same as conventional ones. The operation operation circuit 14 of the control circuit 13 and the pattern generation circuit 15. Since the motor control circuit 16 and the door position detection circuit 17 are already well known, detailed explanation will be omitted.

Here, an inclination detection plate 24 is fixed to the upper side of the door hanger 2 at the upper part of the door 1 via a bracket 23. This inclination detection plate 24 is a band-like plate, and has a length slightly larger than the amount of opening/closing movement of the door 1, so that it moves integrally with the horizontally moving door 1 while remaining in an inclined state. It has become. A displacement sensor 25 is attached to the upper part of the hanger case 4 so as to face above the inclination detection plate 24 . This displacement sensor 25 is an analog output type proximity sensor, and although a detailed explanation of its principle will be omitted, it has a characteristic of generating an output signal according to the distance between the detection object and the sensor, as shown in FIG. In other words, an output signal 25a is sent to the door position detection circuit 17 in proportion to the distance to the inclination detection plate 24.

Now, when the pattern generation circuit 15 is activated by the door opening command from the driving operation circuit 14, the output signal 1
The motor 8 is driven and controlled by the motor 5a via the motor control circuit 16. The rotational force of the motor 8 is transmitted to the door 1 via the speed reducer 9 and the drive chain 12, and the door 1 begins to open gently. At this time, the inclination detection plate 24 also moves in accordance with the movement of the door 1, so that the distance to the displacement sensor 25 changes steplessly and continuously from L to L- as shown in FIG. Accordingly, the displacement sensor 25, which is an analog output type proximity sensor, continuously generates an output signal 25a proportional to the distance to the inclination detection plate 4. Therefore, the output signal 25a from the displacement sensor 25 changes continuously and linearly in accordance with the movement of the door 1, and based on this, the door position detection circuit 17
The door position signal 17a also changes continuously as shown in FIG. As a result, the output signal 15a from the pattern generation circuit 15 corresponding to the door position signal 17a also changes continuously and is outputted to the motor control circuit 6 to drive and control the motor 8, so that the door 1 can be operated very smoothly. It slows down and allows for smooth opening and closing operations.

In other words, since the position signal corresponding to the door position is continuously output in a stepless manner, the motor control current and voltage can also be changed continuously. This avoids the sudden changes in door speed that occur when switching the motor current step by step using a conventional multi-stage cam position detector, resulting in an elevator door system that performs extremely smooth door opening/closing operations. . Furthermore, only one inclination detection plate 24 and one displacement sensor 25 are required, and a deceleration bag holder for driving the cam is not required. Installation and adjustment are easy, the configuration is simple, and space can be saved. Furthermore, since an analog output type proximity sensor is used as the displacement sensor 25, it is non-contact type and has a long life, and is not affected by water, oil, dust, etc., so high reliability can be obtained. It also has the advantage of being able to accurately detect the door position even immediately after the power is restored.

Since the present invention has been made as described above, it has a very simple configuration using an inclination detection plate that moves in conjunction with the door and a displacement sensor that faces this inclination detection plate, so that the door position can be continuously adjusted steplessly. Continuous and accurate detection enables extremely smooth door opening/closing operation, and non-contact door position detection ensures long service life and high reliability. .
