2つの金型を使用することからコスト高となるの
ほか、切断時に上型の刃部が下型面上と押圧接触
するものとなることから、金型取付けの調整作業
が非常に面倒であり、また刃部の切味が比較的早
い期間に損耗して切れなくなると言う問題があ
る。また特開昭50−101572号もあるが、前例同様
に金型を使用したものであることから刃部の切味
が早く失われて切れなくなると言う問題がある。
また、出来上り製品の変化に乏しいと言う問題が
あつた。
