However, due to the difference in shape, special jigs are used to manufacture the frame a, and each component a is attached to this.
' is set and each member a' is joined together with a stable, the molded frame a is taken out from the special jig, and adhesive is applied to one or both sides of it. As shown in , a product was obtained by laminating b on both sides.

However, it has the disadvantage of requiring a great deal of labor and expense to manufacture and store it, and the method of connecting member a' with the stable C is complicated and requires a great deal of labor and time. The work was even worse.

位置決め駒とで構成した治具を特徴とする。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional disadvantages and improves the molding means of the frame body, and also improves the joining means using an adhesive. As a means of manufacturing a composite board of a desired thickness by polymerizing and bonding flat plates to a plate, a jig consisting of a base plate whose workbench surface is formed of a magnetic material and a positioning piece that is magnetically coupled to the workbench surface is used. , Arrange the constituent members of the frame body at predetermined formation positions on the base plate of the jig, stabilize the arrangement position immovably with a positioning piece, and then mark a blank part on the surface of each constituent member. At the same time, a sub-adhesive, which hardens faster than the main adhesive, is applied to the blank part, and then a flat plate is superimposed on the surface coated with the main and sub-adhesive to form a frame of a predetermined shape. The constituent members that formed the body and the flat plate were temporarily joined together by the solidification of the secondary adhesive, taken out from the jig, and then pressed together and the flat plate was attached to one side of the frame by solidification of the main adhesive. After obtaining a flash board and temporarily adhering a flat plate to one side, the composite board is turned over and the main adhesive is applied to the other side of the frame, and then the flat plate is superimposed and pressed onto the coated side, thereby bonding both sides of the frame. A method for manufacturing a flush board in which flat plates are bonded to each other, and a worktable surface on which the constituent members of the frame are arranged in a predetermined shape is formed of a magnetic material, and a positioning piece is magnetically coupled to the worktable surface. It features a jig with

The frame body a can be freely changed, and therefore the frame body a can be formed into any shape on the workbench surface (2a) according to the shape of the frame body a. By applying the main adhesive (4) and the secondary adhesive (6), which hardens quickly, to the surface of the frame a, a flat plate is polymerized on the coated surface and the secondary adhesive (6) is applied. Due to the solidification of the material, the frame a and the flat plate will be integrated in a short time using the temporary jointing agent.
), the main adhesive (4) can be solidified while the frame body a and the flat plate are temporarily joined together using the sub-adhesive (6). ), the jig (1) can be used to form the next frame a, then apply the main and sub-adhesives (4) and (6) and polymerize and bond the flat plate, improving work efficiency. In addition, when molding the frame a of the same shape, if the positioning piece (3) is placed in the same position as the previous time, it can be used continuously as a dedicated jig, and the frame a has the same shape. When the shapes of the positioning pieces (3) are different, various configurations can be achieved by arbitrarily changing the arrangement of the positioning pieces (3).

When a flat plate is polymerized and pressure bonded to the coated surface of the plate, the main adhesive (4) is unhardened and has no adhesive force, but the sub-adhesive (6) hardens in a short time and the flat plate is bonded to the sub-adhesive (6). Since each member a' is temporarily bonded together with the base plate (2), if it is flattened at this point, each member a' can be taken out upward from the base plate (2) as a unit, and moved to the next construction position and the main bonding By pressing the adhesive (4) until it solidifies, a flash board is obtained in which a flat plate is bonded to one side of the frame a, and when the temporary bonded flat plate is removed from the frame a, it is continuous. To make a flash board using the same frame a, use the piece (3) on the base plate (2).
By leaving the arrangement as it is, using this as jig (1) in Fig. 3A, and arranging member a' according to the arrangement of pieces (3), repeating the above-mentioned bone cement application and flat plate pressing means. good.

After arranging the member a' on the base plate (2) of the jig (1) according to the predetermined shape of the frame a and stabilizing its position with the piece (3) as shown in FIG. At this stage, the main and sub-adhesives (4) and (6) are applied by the applicator, and then at the stop position, the flat plate is bonded to the adhesive-applied surface, and the sub-adhesive (6) is used to bond the frame body a and the flat plate. After temporarily gluing them together, the jig (1) is removed from the jig (1)', and the jig is again fed to the base of the conveyor (7) for repeated use.
A product is obtained by pressing the frame a and the flat plate in a working part different from those for the frame a and the flat plate, which are taken out, until the main adhesive (4) solidifies and the frame body a and the flat plate are firmly bonded.

。In the above steps, a flash board is obtained in which a flat plate is pasted on one side of a predetermined frame a, but in order to obtain a flash board in which a flat plate is pasted on both sides of the frame a, as shown in FIG. Then, on the conveyor (7), the frame a and the flat plate temporarily bonded are taken out from the jig (1) by suction, for example, with a suction member (8), and then the inverted member ( 9) After placing it on the top, transfer it to another jig (IO) by reversing operation, then apply the main adhesive (4) as shown in Figure 8A, and then apply the main adhesive (4) as shown in Figure 8B. A double-sided flat flash plate can be obtained by polymerizing a flat plate on the surface and pressing it until the main adhesive (4) on the front and back sides solidifies.

By touching the coating layer of the main adhesive (4) applied to the surface of the roll CU1) with a scraper tooth of an appropriate width with the tip in contact with the roll surface, scrape the coating layer to the side with the blade edge. A blank space (5) corresponding to the width of the cutting edge is formed, and then a secondary adhesive (6) that hardens faster than the main adhesive (4) is applied into the blank space (5) using, for example, a hot melt device (13, etc.). The scraper blade (121) used to form the blank area (5) is applied.
As shown in Fig. 10, the main adhesive (4) scraped off with the cutting edge is made by using the side surface (12a) as an inclined edge so that it bulges on both sides of the blank area (5), and this bulging part is attached to the flat plate. When pressed during bonding, it is pushed into the blank space (5) and provided for the bonding action.

使用を簡便容易にした効果を有する。(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, after applying a sub-adhesive that hardens faster than the main adhesive together with the main adhesive to the frame formed by arranging the constituent members at predetermined positions on the container. If the flat plate is stacked and crimped on the coated surface, the frame and the flat plate can be temporarily bonded with the secondary adhesive and taken out from the jig without waiting for the main adhesive to harden. can be used continuously for molding frames, and the arrangement of positioning pieces on the base plate of the jig can be used as is to continuously mold frames of the same shape, so work efficiency is significantly improved. In addition, since the jig for forming the frame by the constituent members is composed of a base plate whose worktable surface is made of a magnetic material and a positioning piece that is magnetically coupled to the magnetic worktable, the positioning piece can be freely arranged. By conversion, it can be easily used to accommodate a variety of frame shapes, and it has the effect of making continuous use simple and easy by utilizing the arrangement without changing the arrangement of the pieces when molding frames of the same shape. .
