The air quantity selecting circuit 1 decreases the air quantity value in proportion to the elapsed time from the start of a timer from the wind force value set via the controller 4 when signals of the timer start and the set time from a timer switch 5 are inputted, and it outputs a signal to make the air quantity value zero (motor stop signal) when the set time elapses.
