In conventional partitioning devices, the panel frame of each unit partition panel is made up of frame connections of both side rods, upper horizontal rods, and lower horizontal rods, and the panel frames themselves are connected by welding, making it easy to assemble each unit partition panel. In a prefabricated partitioning device that can be assembled and disassembled, and each unit partition panel can also be easily disassembled and connected, only the panel frame is integrally formed by welding in advance, and other component parts are not included. Since the panel frame is an incomparably large member, it not only makes assembly work difficult, but also makes it difficult to weld the panel frame itself into a frame by welding connection. On the other hand, when framing a panel frame by connecting both side rods and the upper and lower horizontal rods with bolts or screws, the number of bolts or screws increases, which not only makes the tightening and connection work troublesome, but also makes the connection difficult. The problem remained that it was easy to cause looseness and looseness.

This project was devised to solve these conventional problems, and its gist is that each frame rod constituting the frame is connected at two to three points in a series through connecting fittings without welding. The purpose of this invention is to make the framework simple and strong by connecting them using only bolts or screws, and to easily connect adjacent unit partition panels using the connecting fittings, which are attached below. To explain the present invention using the example of the embodiment, in a frame C consisting of both side rods 1, upper horizontal rods 2, and lower horizontal rods 3, both ends of the upper part of the frame body, that is, the connecting portion of the upper horizontal rods 2 and both side rods 1. are connected using an upper connecting metal fitting 4, and the upper connecting metal fitting 4 is connected to a flat plate part 5 vertically upright as shown in FIG.
A vertical bent piece 6 is formed on the outer edge of the flat plate part 5 so as to hang downwardly and bent at a right angle, and a step piece 7 is provided at the connection part with the vertical bent piece 6 at the outer end of the lower edge of the flat plate part 5. The flat plate portion 5 is formed flush with and protrudes downward.
An upper plate 8 and a lower plate 9 having screw holes 8' or 9', respectively, are bent in the horizontal direction on the upper and lower edges, and the inner end of the upper edge is flush with the flat plate part 5. The width of the vertically bent piece 6 and the upper and lower plates 8 and 9 is such that the whole or a part thereof can be tightly fitted into the side beam 1 or the upper horizontal beam 2. The step dimension between the face plate 8 and the upper surface plate 8 shall be approximately the same as the internal height dimension of the upper horizontal rod 2.

According to the upper panel frame assembling device in the partitioning device of the present invention as described above, the connections between the both side rods 1 and the upper and lower horizontal rods 2 and 3 constituting the panel frame C of each unit partition panel are connected without welding. By connecting them with bolts or screws through the metal fittings, if each rod and the connecting metal fittings are manufactured to a preset configuration and dimensions, the panel frame C can be assembled using the partitioning device. By fitting and tightening each rod and the connecting metal fittings at the installation site, the connection can be made extremely easily, and the work will be troublesome as in the case of welding connections, and the dimensional accuracy during welding will be affected. There are no problems such as making it difficult to install the panel body due to errors, and it is difficult to handle when assembling the unit partition panel because it is large and bulky like a panel frame that is previously connected together by welding. There is no problem of making it difficult.

Furthermore, in this case, at the connection part between the side rod 1 and the upper horizontal rod 2 by the upper connecting metal fitting 4, the vertically bent piece 6 formed on the upper connecting metal fitting 4 is fitted into the side rod 1, and the upper surface plate 8 and the lower surface plate 9 are inserted.
The side beam 1 and the upper horizontal beam 2 are connected by fitting the flat plate portion 5 which is bent into the upper horizontal rod 2 and connecting the upper connecting metal fitting 4 with bolts or screws, respectively. In addition, the width dimensions of the vertically bent piece 6, the upper flat plate portion, and the lower surface plates 8 and 9 are set to fit closely into the side rod 1 or the upper horizontal rod 2, respectively, and the upper surface plate 8 The step dimension between and the bottom plate 9 is,
The fit state of the upper connecting fitting 4 to the side beam 1 and the upper horizontal beam 2 can be controlled by making the dimensions such that the top plate contacts the upper inner surface of the upper horizontal beam 2 and the lower plate joins to the inner lower surface of the upper horizontal beam 2. A solid fitted connection state without any play can be achieved, and furthermore, the stepped piece 7 of the upper connecting fitting 4 is suspended from the flat plate part 5 by the same dimension as the slit 15 of the side beam 1 and the short cut groove 18 of the upper horizontal beam 2. The projecting piece 10 formed on the upper edge of the flat plate part 5 and projecting inwardly from the vertically bent piece 6 is fitted into the groove end of the long cut groove 17 of the upper horizontal rod. When connecting the side beam 1 and the upper horizontal beam 2 using the upper connecting fitting 4, there is no need for multiple fastening points as in the case of conventional bolts or screws, and only three bolts or screws are needed for the continuous connection. This allows for a strong degree of connectivity.
