【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、デイスクブレーキのパツドライナ保

ロータデイスクを中心に対向配置される一対の
パツドをトルクメンバで支持するタイプのデイス
クブレーキは、パツドの摺動抵抗を安定させ、同
時にラトル音等の異音を防止する等の目的で、第
1図に示す如きトルクメンバ1のパツド摺動部1

るパツドライナ20を取付けることが多い。この

ぞれ係止する爪21及び22を側縁部に対向して
設け、上記爪22に付与したばね力を利用してト
ルクメンバ1に固定するが、その際、トルクメン
バのライナ組付面が鋳肌のまゝであると、端面1
3からロータ溝迄の寸法にバラツキが生じること
により、ライナの組付力のバラツキが大きくな

けられている。なお、パツドライナ20は、従来
のそれと変わらない。即ち、パツドの摺動面を形
成する基板23の両側縁部に係止爪21(第3
図)を弾性爪22を対向して設け、片方の爪21
は従来通りトルクメンバのロータ収納溝12の面
