Abstract

PURPOSE:To precisely print the content of an original plate on unexposed photosensitive material by means of a simple structure by placing a Fresnel lens between a light source, arranged in the lower part, the original plate and unexposed photosensitive material, placed in the upper part of a contact part. CONSTITUTION:The film contact reversal printer 5 is comprised of the contact part 3 and the light source 4, the printer 5 is the place wherein the original plate 1 and unexposed photosensitive material 2 are in contact with each other, and the light source 4 being used to irradiate the original plate 1 with a light A and to print its content on the unexposed photosensitive material 2. The Fresnel lens 9 is placed between the contact part 3 and the light source 4. The Fresnel lens 9 is a plate lens, is characterized by various types of focal lengths, and is capable of adjusting the light A, obliquely made incident on, to the light A that goes straight-ahead. Therefore, since this film contact rever sal printer is lightweight and manufactured at low cost, it has a highly practical- application and is also economical.

The contact section 3 is located at the upper part of the film contact reversing printer 5, and includes a glass plate 6 that transmits light A from the light source 4, an original plate 1 placed on the glass plate 6, and a glass plate 6 that transmits light A from the light source 4. It is constituted by a cover 7 which can be opened and closed and brings the unexposed photosensitive material 2 stacked on top of the glass plate 6 into close contact. The light source 4 is located at the lower part of the film contact reversing printer 5, and irradiates the original plate 1 with light A, and the unexposed photosensitive material 2 superimposed on the original plate 1 is illuminated by the light A transmitted through the original plate I. An incandescent lamp, a halogen lamp, or a discharge lamp is generally used. Note that the arrangement is not limited to the arrangement in which the contact portion 3 is located at the top of the film contact reversing printer 5 and the light source 4 is located at the bottom of the film contact reversing printer 5. In some cases, the light source 4 is placed at the top, or in some cases, the contact portion 3 and the light source 4 are placed horizontally facing each other.

First, they are placed on a glass plate 6 with the original plate 1 facing down and the unexposed photosensitive material 2 facing up. Subsequently, a lid 7 is placed over the original plate 1 and the unexposed photosensitive material 2, and the air in the space 8 between the lid 7 and the glass plate 6 is removed to create a vacuum state. The photosensitive material 2 is brought into close contact with the surface of the glass plate 6.

In addition, it is desirable that the intensity of the light A emitted by the light source 4 be uniformly irradiated over the entire surface of the original plate 1, so if the original plate 1 is large in size, the intensity of the light A emitted by the light source 4 will be insufficient as it approaches the peripheral part of the original Fj,1. Efforts have been made to even out the intensity of the light, which tends to occur. In order to achieve uniform light distribution, a glass condenser lens (not shown) may be installed between the light source 4 and the original plate 1, or a curved mirror (not shown) may be installed below the light source 4. By reflecting the light A emitted by a mirror (not shown), the entire surface of the original plate 1 is uniformly irradiated with the light A.

However, in printing using the film contact reversing printer 5, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, when the light A from the light source 4 is radiated radially, the light A is perpendicular to the central part of the original plate 1. However, since the peripheral edge of the original plate 1 is inclined obliquely, the deviation B between the original plate 1 and the unexposed photosensitive material 2 increases as it approaches the peripheral edge. The problem is that the cut C occurs, which adversely affects the accuracy of tweezing alignment, the enlargement of the size when repeatedly reversing the cut mask, the alignment accuracy of the male and female versions of the bag letters, and the uniformity of the line width when thickening and thinning. There is a point.

In addition, in order to uniformly irradiate the entire surface of the original plate 1 with the light A,
If a glass condenser lens (not shown) is placed above the light source 4 to correct the parallel light A from the light source 4, it will be 1000 m1 assuming a general print size A.
Since it is necessary to irradiate light A that is parallel to the area of 00OIllll angle of repose, a condenser lens (not shown) that satisfies this requirement is a large lens with a diameter of 128011 or more, and its weight is several tens of kilograms. Lacks practicality,

Similarly, when a curved mirror (not shown) is installed under the light source 4, there is a problem in that it is less practical and more expensive in terms of size and weight.

This invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and its specific means is to irradiate an original plate and an unexposed photosensitive material superimposed on the original plate with light emitted from a light source from the original plate side. In a film contact reversal printer using the method and apparatus for printing the contents of an original onto the unexposed photosensitive material, radial light emitted by the light source is passed through a Fresnel lens provided between the light source and the original to produce parallel light. The process is to irradiate the original plate after making corrections.

[Operation] According to the above means, a Fresnel lens is installed between the light source placed at the bottom of the film contact reversing printer and the original plate and unexposed photosensitive material placed in the upper contact area. The light emitted radially from the light source is corrected by a Fresnel lens into parallel light incident perpendicularly to the original plate, and then irradiated onto the original plate, so that the contents of the original plate are accurately printed onto the unexposed photosensitive material.

As shown in FIG. 1, this film contact reversal printer has a contact part 3 that brings the original plate 1 and the unexposed photosensitive material 2 into close contact, and a contact part 3 that brings the original plate 1 into close contact with the unexposed photosensitive material 2. A Fresnel lens 9 is installed between the contact portion 3 and the light source 4 of a film contact reversal printer 5 comprising a light source 4 for printing contents. Further, a method for preventing distortion in a film contact reversing printer is to prevent distortion by correcting the light A radially emitted from the light source 4 through a Fresnel lens 9 to make parallel light A and irradiating it onto the original plate 1. be. The structure of the contact portion 3 and the light source 4 is similar to that of the contact portion 3 of the film contact reversing printer 5 shown in the prior art.
and light source 4, so the explanation will be omitted. The Fresnel lens 9 is a plate-shaped lens as shown in FIG. The Fresnel lens 9 has a characteristic of having various focal lengths, and can correct obliquely incident light A into light A that travels straight.
