Abstract

PURPOSE:To transfer a large character/pattern to the surface of a body having a curved shape, by a method wherein the character/pattern is once drawn on the first sheet to be transferred to the second sheet and the transferred character/pattern is further transferred to the surface of the body to be deposited through a strong sticking layer. CONSTITUTION:A character/pattern M is drawn on the first sheet 1 having releasability and the second sheet 2 having weak adhesiveness is bonded to the first sheet 1 from the surface of the character/pattern M and the first sheet 1 is peeled to transfer the character/pattern M to the second sheet 2. Thereafter, a strong sticking agent is applied to the whole of a transfer surface to form a strong sticking layer 4 and release paper 5 is further laminated thereto to constitute a sticking sheet 6 and a transfer sheet main body 7 from which the release paper 5 is released and removed is bonded to the surface 8 of a body to be deposited. Thereafter, only the character/pattern M of the transfer sheet main body 7 is left on the surface of the body 8 to be deposited and the second sheet 2 is peeled off along with the strong sticking layer 4 of the part other than the character/pattern M to make it possible to transfer the character/pattern M to the surface 8 of the body to be deposited.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention draws letters, patterns, etc. on a first sheet that has removability, and then attaches a second sheet that has weak adhesiveness from the surface of the letters, patterns, etc., and then The first sheet is peeled off and the letters, patterns, etc. are transferred to the second sheet side, and then a strong adhesive is applied to the entire surface where the letters, patterns, etc. are transferred to form a strong adhesive layer, and then Release paper is stacked to form an adhesive sheet, and then the release paper is removed from the adhesive sheet to obtain a transfer sheet body,
After pasting on the surface of the object to be attached, only the letters, patterns, etc. in the main body of the transfer sheet are left on the surface of the object to be attached, and the second sheet is attached together with the strong adhesive layer on the parts other than the letters, patterns, etc. This is a method of transferring characters, figures, etc. onto the surface of an object by peeling it off.

Further, in the present invention, in order to transfer characters, patterns, etc. with metallic luster to the surface of the object to be attached, a metal vapor deposition layer is formed over the entire surface on one side of the first sheet having releasability, and then the metal vapor deposition layer is Letters, patterns, etc. are drawn on the surface using translucent to transparent ink that is insoluble in alkali or acid, and then immersed in an alkaline or acid corrosive solution to dissolve and remove the metal deposited layer other than the letters, patterns, etc. mentioned above. Then, a first sheet is obtained in which the letters, patterns, etc. covered with the translucent to transparent ink remain, and
Next, a second sheet with weak adhesiveness is pasted on the side with the letters, patterns, etc., then the first sheet is peeled off and the letters, patterns, etc. are transferred to the second sheet side, and then, A strong adhesive layer is formed by applying a strong adhesive to the entire transfer surface of the letters, patterns, etc., and a release paper is further stacked to form an adhesive sheet, and then the release paper is removed from the adhesive sheet. After affixing the peeled and removed transfer sheet body to the surface of the object to be attached, only the characters, patterns, etc. inside the transfer sheet body are left on the surface of the object to be attached, and the parts other than the characters, patterns, etc. are strongly adhesive. This method involves peeling off the second sheet together with the agent layer.
