Conventionally, anti-vibration gloves for handling machinery that generates such strong vibrations include those with urethane sponge attached to the inner surface of the gloves, rubber tubes attached to the fingers, or gloves with double gloves attached to the inside of the gloves. Various structures have been developed in which air is blown into them. However, none of them have been satisfactory in terms of vibration-proofing effect and workability, which the glove itself must have.

As is clear from FIG. 2 showing its cross-sectional structure, the vibration isolating member 3 is attached to a part 5 corresponding to the palm part and a part 6 corresponding to the finger part of a cloth 4 such as stockinette. It is composed of rubber sponges 7, 8, and 9. Compared to conventionally used urethane sponges, rubber sponges are firmer, have better vibration absorption properties, and are significantly more durable. Much better vibration damping properties can be obtained. In the present invention, the rubber sponge 7 attached to the part 5 corresponding to the palm part and the rubber sponges 8 and 9 attached to the part 6 corresponding to the finger parts are completely separated with a gap. The device is configured so that vibrations received by the fingers are not transmitted to the palm. Furthermore, by configuring the rubber sponges 8 and 9 in the finger portions to be further separated at the joints of the fingers, vibrations are not transmitted to the joints, and the function as a vibration-proof glove can be more fully demonstrated. Furthermore, in order to enhance the vibration absorption effect, it is also possible to separate the rubber sponges in the palm part and make them independent from each other.

In order to maintain the feeling of the fingertips during work, it is recommended to attach a thin urethane sponge 10 to the fingertips of the vibration isolating member 3, as shown in the figure, for the sake of workability and vibration absorption. It's convenient from both sides.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a state in which the vibrating body a is gripped by the anti-vibration glove 1 according to the present invention. As is clear from the figure, the finger portion 6 of the vibration isolating member 3 of the glove 1
The rubber sponges 8 and 9 are separated from the rubber sponge 7 of the palm part 5 by a distance, so even if a relatively thick rubber sponge of about 10 mm is used, the gloves themselves have good flexibility and the vibrating body a can be held easily. By locating the separation gap of the rubber sponge at the joints between the palm and fingers as well as at the joints of the fingers, vibrations are not transmitted to the joints that are most susceptible to the effects.

The glove of the present invention uses a strong rubber sponge as a vibration absorber, so it does not collapse into a flat plate and has excellent durability. In addition, since the vibration absorbing materials are separated and independent from each other, the gloves can be bent easily, and the effects of bending on the vibration absorbing materials can be almost completely eliminated. This prevents the vibrations from propagating to each other, and the vibration absorption ability of the glove as a whole can be significantly increased. It is not necessary to change the basic structure of the conventional means, and there is an effect that the user does not feel uncomfortable at all.
