て、例えば、実開昭55−6275号公報の考案が知ら
れている。該考案は、瓶口に着脱不能に嵌着する
栓本体の注出口に、密閉栓の頂板下面から垂下す
る環壁を密嵌させた後、該環壁の下縁部の全体を
上記環壁の内部に下方より挿入した熱棒によつて
強制拡開して変形させ、注出口周縁部下面へその
変形部を係合させたものである。

なり、又熱棒の温度コントロールが難かしいた
め、その熱により上記環壁7が溶融して栓本体に
溶着することがあり、更に加熱により密閉栓が熱
変色して外観を損ねることがあつた。更に又上記
熱変形される密閉栓の環壁は、加熱後の放熱によ
り幾分元形に戻ることとなるため、栓本体注出口
との間に隙間が生じ易く、よつて封印および密閉
機能が低下することがあり、又上記変形部分を環
壁下部の全体に形成するためにその変形部分の剛
性が高くなり、よつて開封時における密閉栓の取
外しが困難となることがあつた。該取外しが困難
となる欠点は、加熱により環壁下部が物性変化し
て硬化することで更に増大する。

下面へ係合させたつまみ片9付きの閉塞板8とで
封印キヤツプを形成させた。

る。又つまみ片9を持ち引き上げすれば、上記打
設変形部分7aが弾性変形して閉塞板8を除去で
きるが、一たん除去した後は該閉塞板を元のよう
に嵌合することは、上記打設変形部分7aが邪魔
して嵌合出来ない。

とが出来、このようにして本案封印キヤツプは廉
価に製作することができる。
