Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely support respective rods to prevent the rods from oscillating at the time of transport of insertion materials by mounting a frame consisting of a horizontal part and vertical part onto a slender base plate and disposing front and rear double supporting frames at prescribed spaced intervals onto this frame. CONSTITUTION:A cap body 12 is removed from the base body 11 at the time of housing the insertion materials B. The frame 13 is then erected perpendicularly together with the base plate 11 with the bottom end positioned downward by a crane via hanging rings 25a, 25b provided to the front end of the frame 13 to press a dashboard 24a to a wall surface. This state is maintained. The pins 23 of respective supporting plates 15 are removed to unlock the plates from supporting plates 14 while the upper end plate b2 of the materials B is held butted against a contact plate 16. The respective insertion rods b1 are eventually embraced by long hole parts 18a having nearly the same bore as the bore of the rods b1 in differently sized long holes 18 of the superposed supporting plates 15. A set of the insertion materials B are thus securely supported into the frame 13 in a manner as not to oscillate.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) As mentioned above, the long insert is held by several support plates installed inside the container, but considering the influence of vibration during transportation, Until now, the through hole drilled in each support plate could not be much larger than the diameter of the rod of the insert;
It is designed to take a value close to the rod diameter, so
When inserting and withdrawing the insert, the 6 rods rub against the hole wall, damaging the cladding of the rods and causing corrosion.

(Means and effects for solving the problems) Based on the above object, the present invention provides a container for transporting fuel inserts, which is formed of an elongated base and a box-shaped removable lid. A frame consisting of a horizontal part and a vertical part is attached to the top, and on the frame, double supporting frames are arranged in the front and back at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction. Two supporting plates each having a long hole close to the rod diameter of the object and a large-diameter hole larger than the rod diameter in the same number and position as the rods are slid in the vertical or horizontal direction. The six rods are movably stacked and fitted together, and when the insert is transported, the six rods are held in the long hole portion of the irregularly shaped hole, and when not transported, they are positioned in the large diameter hole. There is.

When loading the insert into the frame, the frame is stood up together with the base, and the overlapping support plates in each support frame on the frame are pulled out a fixed length vertically or horizontally to open each irregularly shaped elongated hole. By aligning the large diameter holes with each other, inserting the six insert rods into the large diameter holes, and then pushing each overlapping support plate a certain length into each support frame,
Each insertion rod is held in the small-diameter elongated hole portion of each irregularly shaped elongated hole so as not to shake, and in this state, the base is laid down, a lid is placed on it, and the rod is transported to a predetermined location.

As shown in FIG. 4A, the support plate 15 is provided with a flat part 15a at one end (the upper end in the figure), and the other end is attached with a slightly narrower width, forming a roughly rectangular shape. has a long hole 18 with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the rod b1 of the insert B.
It is considerably thicker than a and the rod diameter (about 1.5 to 2.0 times),
The irregularly shaped elongated hole 18 is made up of a large-diameter hole portion 18b with tapers on the front and back peripheries so that the rods BL can be inserted easily like a Ross. A first positioning hole 19a for transportation and a second positioning hole 19b for insertion/removal are drilled in the same number (20 in the figure) and in the same arrangement state, and in the lower central part of the drawing part 15a, a first positioning hole 19a for transportation and a second positioning hole 19b for insertion/removal are vertically formed. It is set in.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in this invention, a frame consisting of a horizontal part and a vertical part is mounted on a long and slender base as a transport container for fuel inserts of a nuclear reactor. A double support frame is installed in the front and rear with the same angle as the diameter of the rod. Two support plates installed in the same position as the rod are fitted together so that they can be slid vertically or horizontally, and each rod is wrapped in the elongated hole of the support plate when transporting the insert. Since the rod is held in the large diameter hole when not being transported, each rod can be firmly supported without vibration when transporting inserts such as flammable rods and control rods. Moreover, when storing the container in a container or taking it out, it is possible to avoid damage caused by rubbing against the holes in the support plate.
The rod can be easily and smoothly inserted and withdrawn.
