投入して、底bが封止されているチユーブ状の袋
素材P内に落下供給し、前記袋素材Pの小物品a
が供給された受容上部位を開閉作動される一対の
ヒートシール2,3で封止することにより、ばら
の小物品aを一定量ずつ連続的に自動包装するよ
うにした自動包装機において、前記ホツパー1が
取付けられる機枠天板4の上に、振動皿5内のば
ら小物品aをバイブレーター作動で流出させる振
動型の供給装置7と、この供給装置7の流出口8
から落下するばら小物品aを受容して秤量し前記
ホツパー1に投入させる秤量装置10とを設け、
この秤量装置10はばら小物品aが定量供給され
る前端側の秤量受皿11及びボール転動可能な後
端側の樋状長溝12aを有し中間部の枢軸14を
揺動支点として上下方向に一定の角度範囲で回動
する皿付き秤杆12と、この秤杆長溝12a端の
秤量重量決定位置イに載置されて前記秤杆12を
後方に僅かに傾斜する初期姿勢の状態に維持し、
前記秤量受皿11にばら小物品aが一定量入つて
重量バランスの変化により皿付き秤杆12が傾動
し始めると、樋状長溝12aに沿つて揺動支点側
ストツプ位置ロまで転動し前記秤杆12を受皿1
1内のばら小物品aが静止摩擦を破つてホツパー
1内に排出落下されるストツパ15で規制された
物品滑落角度αまで急激に傾動させ、前記秤杆1
