DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for controlling a floor heating system. Traditionally, floor heating systems have a fairly uniform temperature distribution and generate almost no airflow, so there is no inconvenience such as having a hot head and cold feet, and there is no feeling of cold air caused by the airflow.
Since the surrounding walls are directly heated by radiant heat, the temperature of the walls rises and cold radiation from the walls and cold drafts can be suppressed, creating an ideal air-conditioned space. Since the surface itself is a heat radiator, unless the surface temperature of the floor heating panel is set below a certain limit, excessive conductive heat will be imparted to the part that comes into contact with the human body, causing discomfort. In fact, in ordinary rooms, if the surface temperature is kept within a comfortable range, the amount of heat radiated from the floor will decrease, resulting in insufficient heating capacity, and as a result, it will be necessary to use other heating methods in combination. It had the disadvantage of not being able to take full advantage of its strengths.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks,
The purpose is to achieve a comfortable heating effect without imparting excessive conductive heat to the human body while obtaining sufficient heating capacity through floor heating.

In order to achieve this objective, the present invention divides the floor heating panel of the floor heating system into multiple sections, arranges a pressure sensor in each section, and in each section, the section where the pressure sensor detects the pressure has a lower temperature. In addition, a control device is installed to control the surface temperature of the floor heating panel to a higher temperature in the section where the pressure sensor does not detect pressure.

According to this configuration, in the area where the floor heating panel is located, when there is no pressure applied, that is, when no human body is on the panel, the temperature is appropriately high (to the extent that you do not feel discomfort if you touch it for a short time). When the pressure sensor detects the load, it is controlled to maintain a comfortable surface temperature for long-term contact with the human body. Therefore, for the entire underfloor heating panel,
The surface temperature of the part of the body that the human body rests on is kept at a comfortable temperature when in contact, while other parts are kept at an appropriately high temperature to obtain more heating capacity, which takes advantage of the advantages of underfloor heating. This makes it possible to realize a comfortable heating effect.

In the above configuration, the operation of section a will be explained. When a human body is not on section a, no load is applied to the piezoelectric material 4a, and in this case, the switch control signal generation block 7a is activated by the switch 8a.
is maintained at 9aA side, and the surface temperature of section a is controlled to the high temperature side. Next, when a human body is placed on section a and the piezoelectric material 4a detects this, the switch control signal generation block 7a activates the switch 8 based on the signal.
Switch a to the 9aB side and control the surface temperature of section a to the low temperature side. Here, the surface temperature on the high temperature side is set to an appropriately high temperature that does not cause discomfort even if the human body comes into contact with it for a short time, and that on the low temperature side is
The temperature is set to maintain comfort when the human body comes into contact with the product for a long period of time.

Therefore, the temperature of the part of the floor heating panel 1 that the human body is in contact with is controlled by conductive heat to a temperature that provides a sense of comfort, and the surface temperature of other parts is raised to allow for more radiant heat dissipation and natural heat dissipation. Sufficient heating capacity can be obtained by convection heat radiation. Therefore, there is no problem of insufficient capacity unless used in conjunction with other heating means, and it is possible to fully utilize the features of the floor heating system, such as good temperature distribution and no airflow.

As is clear from the above description, the floor heating device of the present invention divides a floor heating panel into a plurality of sections, arranges a pressure sensor in each section, and, based on the signal from the pressure sensor, Since it controls the temperature, it detects the presence or absence of a human body on the floor heating panel, and controls the temperature of the contact area between the human body and the panel to a comfortable temperature by conduction heat, and the temperature of the area beyond that is controlled to a comfortable temperature. The surface temperature can be set to a level that provides sufficient heating capacity. Therefore, there is no need to use other heating means during floor heating, so the temperature distribution is good, there is almost no airflow, and the surrounding walls are heated by radiant heat, so there is no need to use cold radiation or cold.・
This makes it possible to provide extremely comfortable heating that takes full advantage of the features of floor heating, such as suppressing drafts and making no noise.
