ゴムブツシユ7が装着してある。8はゴムブツシ

爪部9aをガイド孔6内に突出させる。次にこの
状態で第1図に示す如くガイド孔6内の圧入用ラ
ム3の先端面と爪部9aとの間にボールAを圧送
し、ボールAの自重による転動防止用のゴムブツ
シユ7と、ストツパー部材9の爪部9aによつて
ボールAの位置決めを行つた後、圧入用ラム3を
図中右方に前進動させる。すると圧入用ラム3の
先端がボールAに当接すると共に、圧入用ラム3
のカム面4のテーパ部4bがストツパー部材9の
カム面12のテーパ部12bと当接するため、ス
トツパー部材9は自重によつて図中時計方向に回
動する。そして圧入用ラム3が更に前進動する
と、圧入用ラム3のカム面4はストツパー部材9
のカム面12から離れるため、ストツパー部材9

化できる。又、本考案のボール圧入装置は、ガイ
ド孔内に、ボールが自重で転動するのを防止する
ためのゴムブツシユを装着したから、ボールのガ
イド孔内への圧送時、ボールをガイド孔内に安定
した状態で位置決めできると同時に、ストツパー
部材爪部のガイド孔からの退避後、圧入用ラムに
