圧シリンダーの直下に臨む上記基台の部分には成

も管状であつて、ターンテーブル3を上下に貫通
しその下面が基台2上に位置する状態で取付けら
れている。8は支持体9によつて支持されたホツ
パーで、このホツパー8は、仕切壁8aによつて
2室に仕切られていると共にその両底部の排出口
が上記治具4〜7の移動通路上に臨み、かつ、隣
り合つた2個の治具に対し排出口から被処理物を
投入できる位置に構設されている。 治具4〜7の上方には各治具の一つと対応した
位置に第1乃至第4の油圧シリンダー11,1
2,13,14がそれぞれ配置され、これら油圧
シリンダー11〜14は構枠1に架設した固定板
10上に取付けてあり、第1の油圧シリンダー1

係入する。一方、ピニオン23には油圧シリンダ
ー等の駆動機27によつて往復動作するラツク2
8が噛み合つており、このラツク28の往復動作
によつてピニオン23は90゜の正逆回転ができる
ように予め調整されている。なお、ターンテーブ
ル3はその下面に設けたボス(図示せず)に回転
軸21の上端部を挿着して回転板22と同軸的に
基台2上に取付けられている。図中、21aは回
転軸21の軸受台、28aは駆動機27とラツク
28との結合部、29は基台2に設けた軸孔であ
る。 以上の構成によれば、ホツパー8内に供給され
たダライ粉等の被処理物(図示せず)は、先ず図
面上において治具4と5内に投入され、その時点
で第1及び第2の油圧シリンダー11と12が動
作して被処理物の締めつけを行ない、次いで、タ
ーンテーブル3は90゜回転して治具4〜7を移動
させ、後続の治具6内に被処理物を投入すると共

なタイミングで行なうことが可能となる。しかし

11〜14は通常のシーケンス制御によつて同調
的に作動できるように実施されることは勿論であ
り、また、ターンテーブル3の駆動機構は本実施
例に限定されないで他の駆動機構を利用できる。
なお、ホツパー8に対する被処理物の供給はスク
リユーコンベアを使用するのが好ましい。

シリンダーは小型のものを使用できて省エネルギ
ー化を達成する上に有効であるなど、その実用的
