(Prior Art) Conventionally, the end of a suture thread has been solidified with a resin or the like for needle attachment or needle threading. For example, a method using a rack as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-340 is known.

In this method, a suture thread is wound around a frame, one end of which is immersed in a resin bath, dried, and the resin-attached portion is cut in parallel. However, this method has the problem that the resin-attached portion is easily deformed by the edges of the rack, and in addition, the processed portion cannot be cut at an acute angle.

(Example) Fig. 1 shows an example of a tool according to the present invention, which has a structure of a rectangular plate-like body 1 made of wood, plastic, metal, etc., with grooves 2 diagonally diagonally extending over the surface of the plate-like body 1. Further, a groove 3 for attachment to the drive unit and a concave groove 4 extending across the entire width at both ends of the groove 3 are provided.
It consists of 4. The groove 2 has a bottom so that the processed resin does not fall out to the back side, and its length and width are adjusted depending on the amount of suture processed (wrapping width) and the width of resin attachment.

(Operation of the device) When the tool configured as described above is used, the mounting groove 3 is fitted into the drive fitting portion 5, the motor (not shown) is rotated, and a predetermined amount of suture thread is attached to the plate-shaped body 1. 6 is automatically wrapped around the groove 2, a processing resin soaked in a brush or the like is applied along the groove 2, and this is left to dry, etc., and after the part is solidified, the groove 2
The cut is made by inserting scissors along the a-a line. The suture thread 6 cut in this way is the third suture thread.
As shown in the figure, the cut end of the resin-processed cutting section 7 is sharp, which facilitates the work of attaching or threading the needle.

Note that the concave grooves 4, 4 provided at both ends are suitable for bundling processed suture threads, and the threads for bundling can be threaded through these grooves and cut as described above after tying the required number of threads. There is no disturbance to the suture threads.

Furthermore, FIG. 2 shows another example of the structure of the present invention, in which the end portion of a plate-shaped body 1 provided with grooves 2 is divided and connected by rods 8, 8, as in the previous example. By changing the mounting position of the mounting hole 9 and fixing with the bolt 10, the winding length can be arbitrarily adjusted, which has the advantage of being able to process various sizes with one tool.

Furthermore, FIG. 4 shows another configuration example, in which a bottomed groove 11 is provided which intersects the groove 2 and is parallel to the suture wrapping surface in the configuration example shown in FIG. 1. In such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 4, the resin impregnated with the porous body 12 is pressed parallel to the wound suture thread 6, that is, toward the groove 11, and the resin is adhered to that part. b-
If the cut is made along line b, the cut surface will have a parallel shape as shown in Fig. 6, and the ends of the thread will be collected by grooves 4 and 4 provided at both ends as shown in Fig. 5. After bundling to the required number, use scissors 13 to
If the material is cut along line a, a cut surface as shown in FIG. 3 can be formed, and any desired structure of the cut surface is possible.

Incidentally, the grooves 2 can be provided on the front and back sides of the plate-like body 1, or they can be provided dividedly on both ends of one surface depending on the purpose of use, and by changing the angle, it is possible to form any grooves. The configuration of the cut plane is possible.
