Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely wake up a specific person without disturbing other persons in a same room by providing a directional waking stimulation means to directionally give its waking stimulation to wake up the sleep only to the person sleeping in a specific limited area. CONSTITUTION:A directional waking stimulation means 1 is provided on a ceiling 2 of a room so that the waking stimulation to wake up the sleep of a person may be directionally given only to the person who sleeps in a specific limited area in a room. When it is a set waking-up time, an illumination lamp 4 is lighted up for example and only a person is a specific area is irradiated by the illumination light from it. The brightness of the illumination light is gradually increased, the sleep of the person who receives the waking stimulation is made into a light dozing condition as if it dawns, namely it is led from the non-rem sleep of a deep one to the rem sleep of a light one. Thus, the specific person can be surely waked without waking up the person in the same room.

[Effect 1] As described above, by providing the directional arousal stimulation means 1 that directionally gives an arousal stimulus that wakes up only a sleeping person in a certain limited area, the directional arousal stimulation means 1 can provide an arousal stimulation The stimulation is directed and focused on only the sleeping person in a certain limited area, and the arousal stimulation does not spread to the people in the same room nearby, ensuring that only the specific person is affected without waking up the people in the same room. It was designed to wake you up.

As shown in FIG.
This makes it possible to directionally give awakening stimulation to wake up only those sleeping in a certain limited area of the room. Examples of such directional arousal stimulation means 1 include an illumination light 4 such as a spotlight, a directional speaker 3, a blower device 7 that blows wind from an outlet 6, and the like. When the set alarm time arrives, for example, the lighting lamp 4 is turned on, and the future lighting is illuminated only to people in a specific area, and the brightness of this lighting gradually increases, until night falls. As a result, a person who receives an arousal stimulus enters a trance-like state in which sleep is light, that is, the person is guided from deep non-REM sleep to light REM sleep. Then, the directional speaker 3 emits the sound of birds chirping, for example, which can only be heard by the specific person.

This chirping sound gradually gets louder and leads to a state of wakefulness. Next, the sound of the music gradually gets louder and the sound of the birds chirping gets quieter. Most people wake up at this stage, and although many nerve impulses reach the cerebral cortex in this state of wakefulness, the cerebral cortex and brain stem do not function adequately. Next, a breeze containing the scent of miso soup, coffee, bread, etc. is blown out from the air outlet 6, which is narrowed so that the wind reaches the specific person, and the person awakens to the tactile sensation of the wind and the sense of smell of the scent sent by the wind. Stimulation promotes pleasant arousal. In this way, a particular person is awakened in a relatively short period of time, and is no longer drowsy and in a refreshed and pleasant state. Normally, this order ensures a pleasant awakening, but in case you are unable to wake up, such as when you are extremely tired or drunk, we have installed a sensor that detects when a specific person wakes up. This sensor detects that a certain person does not get up,
The sound of the music, the increasingly loud ringing of the bell, and the passing of the spotlight are repeated at regular intervals and lengths. There are sensors that detect ultrasonic waves, infrared rays, heat rays emitted from the human body, etc., and when this sensor detects that a specific person wakes up, the subsequent generation of arousal stimulation from the directional arousal stimulation means 1 is activated. This is done so that it stops and does not proceed to the step of generating the appropriate arousal stimulus.

In this way, the directional arousal stimulation means 1 is directed and concentrated only on the sleeping person in a certain limited area, and the arousal stimulation does not spread to the person in the same room nearby. It reliably awakens only specific people without waking them up. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the symbol A indicates a specific person.

Incidentally, the illumination light from the illumination lamp 4 such as a spotlight can easily be made directional, but as the directional speaker 3 that sends sound to a specific area with directionality, it is necessary to use highly directional ultrasonic waves. As shown in Figure 4, the principle is that two degrees of sound r with slightly different frequencies are used.
. When a new sound with a certain frequency is generated, ultrasonic waves that cannot be heard by humans are used as the two sounds r, , r2, and the difference in frequency between the two sounds r, , r2 becomes an audible sound. With this setting, audible sounds generated in the air can be directed to people in a specific area. This phenomenon is called "nonlinear interaction" or "nonlinear parametric action" of sound waves, and the "nonlinearity" of the medium called air is used to generate differential sound, which is also called parametric speaker. This is a well-known fact.

In the embodiment, the directional arousal stimulation means 1 was installed on the ceiling 2 and at the bedside, but it may be installed in other places. Also, as the arousal stimulation, sound, light, wind, scent etc. Any other type of stimulation may be used, and various combinations of these arousal stimuli may be selected, or they may be generated intermittently.

[Effects of the Invention] In short, the present invention is provided with a directional arousal stimulation means that directionally gives an arousal stimulation to wake up only a sleeping person in a certain limited area. The arousal stimulus generated in a directional manner is directed and focused only on a sleeping person in a certain limited area,
The arousing stimulus does not spread to the people in the room nearby, and has the advantage that only a specific person can be reliably aroused without waking up the people in the room. By performing such arousal stimulation in stages as described in Item 2 of 111, it is possible to more reliably arouse only a specific person.
