(Prior art) Conventionally, the usual method for applying embossed patterns to this type of extruded plate is to use an embossing roller, but there is a limit to the span of the pattern, and it costs a lot of money to manufacture an embossed roller with large irregularities. It costs a lot of money and is not practical. There is also a method of patterning using an endless belt so that the span of the pattern can be long (see Figures 1 and 2), but the depth of the embossed pattern is usually about 2 to 3 mm, and deeper It was impossible to apply the embossed pattern, and the belt was prone to slipping and twisting, making it difficult to apply the embossed pattern correctly.

(Means, functions, and effects for solving the problem) The present invention provides special improvements to the die of the extrusion molding machine, the endless belt for embossing patterns, the guide of the belt, the moving mechanism, etc. This makes it possible to efficiently create deep embossed patterns up to about 50 mm. That is, in the present invention, an inclined groove 3 is formed on the upper surface of the molding mouthpiece (reference numeral 2 in FIG. 3) at the tip of the discharge pipe of the extrusion molding machine.
A guide box 4 for guiding the endless belt and a presser roller 5 whose pressure can be adjusted are positioned along this inclined groove, and flat ears 6a are provided on both sides of the endless belt 6, thereby forming an endless belt. The constituent feature is that the belt is moved in synchronism with the discharge speed of the kneaded raw material via a guide box and a press roller to form a deep embossed pattern.

In the present invention, an inclined groove is provided on the upper surface of the molding die,
The endless belt can be inserted between the presser roller and the molded material (green board) in a normal state through the guide box positioned along the inclined groove and the presser roller whose pressure can be adjusted. This is the third
As can be seen from the figure, at the intermediate part between the guide box and the presser roller, the endless belt whose twist has been corrected by the guide box and the raw material kneaded material (raw material) coming out of the upper part of the mouth are in close contact with each other in advance. ,
This is because the plate moves as it is while being pressed by the presser roller in synchronization with the moving speed of the green plate. The pressure of the pressure roller is adjusted in the range of approximately 2 to 15 kg/cm 2 depending on the depth of the embossed pattern, and this is done by moving the roller up and down. For example, when forming an embossed pattern with a depth of 30 mm, a pressure of about 10 kg/cm 2 is applied as shown in Examples below.

In the conventional method shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the guide box and presser roller as in the present invention are not provided, so the twist of the belt is not corrected, and it is difficult to synchronize the movement of the belt with the movement of the green plate. In addition, the belt was merely brought into contact with the green plate through a guide roller, and no pressure was applied as in the present invention.

Next, in the present invention, flat ears are provided on both sides of the endless belt. This ear part is approximately 1 to 2 mm thick and has an ear flap.
It is about 15mm. Conventional endless belts do not have such ears, so raw seeds easily leak through the gaps and damage the molded plate, and the belt tends to move poorly. However, in the present invention, ears are provided. As can be seen from FIG. 4, this prevents the leakage of seeds and makes the movement of the belt smoother.

Note that various rubber-based materials having appropriate hardness are suitable as the material for the endless belt. In addition, the precision of the hollow portion 9 of the extrusion molded product can be ensured by ensuring that the tip of the core 8 provided in the extrusion molding machine extends directly below the presser roller 5 as shown in FIG.

Example: Portland cement 60, asbestos 16, silica 31,
The raw materials are kneaded in a weight ratio of MC0.8 and water 30, and this is extruded and patterned in the manner shown in Figures 3 and 4. The endless belt is made of urethane rubber and has a circumference of 3
m, width 35cm, belt bottom thickness 2mm, surface embossed pattern convex thickness maximum 30mm, selvedge width 15mm, selvedge thickness 2mm. The pressure of the presser roller was adjusted to 10 Kg/cm 2 . The thickness of the molded plate is 80mm, and it is cut into 3m lengths and cured and hardened according to conventional methods, with a maximum depth of 30mm.
To obtain products with various and beautiful embossed patterns. The above is an example of a hollow extrusion molded board made of asbestos cement as the main raw material, but the present invention can of course be applied to the manufacture of extrusion molded boards made of various other cement-based, calcium silicate-based, and gypsum-based materials. .
