(Prior Art) This type of conventional ceiling-embedded air conditioner and ventilation system described above is relatively large and heavy, so as shown in FIG. - A decorative panel 103 is attached to the lower surface of the main body 102, which is suspended and fixed in a substantially horizontal position by nuts 101 and exposed to the indoor side. Decorative panel 10
3 is removably attached to an opening corresponding to an opening formed in the ceiling surface 104 on the lower surface of the main body 102. And the main body 10
As shown in FIG. 3, the opening 2 is essentially formed by the open end of a cylindrical air passage structure 105 that can be slid vertically, and if there is a gap between the ceiling plate 104 and the bottom surface of the main body. By expanding the air passage structure 105, the opening can be exposed to the ceiling plate 104. That is, the length of the ventilation section up to the heat exchanger 106 built into the main body 102 can be adjusted. This ventilation section is vertically divided into two sections by a partition wall 107 that can be expanded and contracted by sliding vertically, forming an independent exhaust path and an air supply path. In other words, the structure is such that the dimensions of the partition wall 107 can be adjusted in accordance with the sliding adjustment of the air passage structure 105. However, with the above-mentioned conventional device, the expansion/contraction adjustment operation by sliding the air passage structure 105 and the dimension adjustment of the partition wall 107 must be performed separately, and it is difficult to measure the amount of adjustment between the two. In some cases, the lower end of the decorative panel 107 did not come into firm contact with the back surface of the decorative panel 103.

(Summary of the invention) This invention connects the air passage structure that adjusts the positional relationship between the main body and the ceiling surface and the partition wall that divides the ventilation part, and the adjustment movement of the partition wall follows the adjustment movement of the air passage structure. It is an object of the present invention to provide a ceiling-embedded air-conditioning/ventilation device configured as described above, whose installation is easy to adjust and a suitable installation form can be easily obtained.

The ceiling-embedded air conditioning ventilation system as an application example of the present invention shown in the figures from FIG. Supply and exhaust air flows are passed through the heat exchanger 2, and the air supply air is blown out from the air supply opening 2A of the decorative panel 4 attached to the main body 1 facing the ceiling surface 3, and the exhaust air is taken in from the exhaust opening 2B. This is no different from conventional methods of this type. The feature of this example lies in the structure of the lower surface of the main body 1 where the decorative panel 4 is attached.
That is, the main body 1 is constructed in the shape of a box, and at the four corners of its upper side, four hanging bolts 5 are suspended from the structure of the building, and nuts 6 are screwed into the bolts, so that the main body 1 is constructed in the same manner as in the past. It is suspended and fixed in an almost horizontal position in the attic space. The horizontal adjustment of the main body 1 is performed by adjusting the fitting depth of each nut 6 corresponding to the hanging bolt 5. A heat exchanger 2 is installed in the center of the interior of the main body 1 to independently pass an exhaust air flow and a supply air flow to exchange heat between the two. The lower surface of the main body 1 directly below the heat exchanger 2 has a rectangular opening, and the heat exchanger 2
The inlet side for the exhaust flow and the outlet side for the supply air flow are adjacent to each other and face the opening in the lower surface of the main body 1. The opening on the lower surface of the main body 1 has a flange 8 at the lower end of a rectangular cylinder with both ends open.
The air passage structure 7 having the above-mentioned structure is internally fitted.
The air passage structure 7 is attached to the main body 1 by a combination of a long hole and a tightening screw 9 so as to be able to slide up and down.
The opening end, which is essentially the opening of the main body 1, can be extended. The main body 1, which is suspended and fixed almost horizontally in the attic space, must have a form in which the opening formed on its lower surface does not communicate with the attic space, but in this example, the lower surface of the main body 1 itself and the ceiling Even if there is a gap between the main body 1 and the back surface of the plate 10, there is no need to close the gap by adjusting the hanging position of the main body 1 with the nut 6. In other words, if you slide and extend the air passage structure 7 downward by this distance,
This allows the opening in the lower surface of the main body 1 to communicate with the opening formed in the ceiling plate 10. The planar part 11 of the frame that forms the boundary line between the inlet end and the outlet end of the heat exchanger 2 has an almost air passage structure between the heat exchanger 2 and the back of the decorative panel 4. A partition wall 12 vertically divides the ventilation portion formed by 7 into two parts corresponding to the inlet end and the outlet end of the heat exchanger 2.
3, it is screwed down in a hanging manner. The partition wall 12 has variable vertical dimensions through the combination of long holes 13 and screws 14, and is designed to expand in conjunction with the air passage structure 7. That is, the partition wall 12 has a step 15 formed at each of its lateral ends, and the step 15 abuts the flange 8 at the lower end of the air passage structure 7 from below. Therefore, when the air passage structure 7 is slid downward, the partition wall 12
It will also be extended downward. In other words, the amount by which the partition wall 12 protrudes from the lower end of the air passage structure 7 is fixed regardless of the sliding of the air passage structure 7, and is regulated so that the lower end of the partition wall 12 is always in close contact with the back surface of the decorative panel 4. It is. Bulkhead 1
The lower end of the decorative panel 2 is bent in the horizontal direction and comes into surface contact with a sealing surface 16 formed on the back surface of the decorative panel 4, thereby keeping the area airtight. In addition, the reference numeral 17 in the figure is a hook rod for holding the movable part of the decorative panel 4.

In other words, the ceiling-embedded air conditioning ventilation system of this example is
The position of the main body with respect to the ceiling surface 3 can be adjusted by sliding the air passage structure 7 without operating the heavy main body 1, and the difficulty in mounting the main body 1 can be eliminated. In particular, when the air passage structure 7 is extended, the partition wall 12 that divides the ventilation area between the heat exchanger 2 and the decorative panel 4 also expands following the air passage structure 7, so that the lower end always extends from the decorative panel. Since the amount of protrusion from the air passage structure 7 that can come into contact with the sealing surface 16 of 4 is maintained, adjustment of the correspondence relationship of the opening of the main body 1 to the ceiling plate 10 can be completed by simply adjusting the air passage structure 7. Therefore, the proper mounting form can be obtained with simple operations.

As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, the in-ceiling type air conditioning ventilation system of the present invention has an opening that communicates with the heat exchanger built into the main body on the lower surface of the main body that is suspended and fixed in the attic space. A cylindrical air passage structure that can slide vertically is attached to this opening, and the air passage structure is attached to the heat exchanger in a hanging manner to provide ventilation between the heat exchanger and the decorative panel. Since the expandable partition wall that divides the parts into two parts is arranged in a connected form, and the partition wall is fixed to the air passage structure, the ceiling surface and the main body can be connected by simply adjusting the slide of the air passage structure without any operation on the main body. Since the positional relationship between the partition wall and the decorative panel can be made appropriate, the installation work becomes extremely simple, and there is an advantage that an appropriate installation form can be easily obtained.
