Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize a dehumidification type drier with a simple structure by constituting a heat exchanger, a circulating fan, and a cooling fan with a double- blade fan and simplifying a path from a fan case to a ventilation passage and a heating element. CONSTITUTION:Clothes put and rotated and stirred in a drum 2 evaporate the moisture contained in the clothes with the hot air fed into the drum 2, the moist air with a high temperature is fed to the circulating fan side of a double-blade fan 5. The circulating air is deprived of heat by this double-blade fan 5 section, the moisture contained in the circulating air is bedewed and returned to a heating element 3 again. The bedewed moisture is flung away by the double-blade fan 5 and collected on the inner wall of a fan case 28 and discharged through a drain port provided on part of a ventilation passage 30. The circulating air is repeatedly circulated, and clothes are dried in sequence.

Conventional technology Conventionally, this type of dehumidifying dryer has a circulating air system in which hot air is introduced into a drum, passed through an exchanger, and then reheated by a heating element and returned to the drum. Two types of fans, a circulation fan for cooling the heat exchanger and a cooling fan for cooling the heat exchanger, were installed independently5. However, in the conventional configuration, the circulation and cooling It would be difficult to arrange the blades 11j, the fan casing, and the ventilation passages of the fan separately.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a machine body rotatably equipped with a rotary drum for agitating large pieces of clothing, and a machine that blows air into the rotary drum. ? A circulation fan that generates circulating air in a ring and a cooling fan for blowing cooling air installed on the front and back of this circulation fan create a illusion of circulating air and cooling air. (iii) The fan case is integrally formed of resin, and includes a whirlpool part that guides circulating air 41-' by a circulation fan to a ventilation passage communicating with the rotating drum, and a V6 The intake port for sucking air toward the ring fan, and this 'IN 'xc l-]
The drum seal part that maintains the uniformity of air in the passage that connects the rotation section and the rotating drum, and the partition wall that forms the cooling vortex chamber that is formed on the outer edge and guides the cooling air to the exhaust port of the aircraft. ,-also,
Install a fan case reinforcing plate by attaching it to the inner wall of the intake port of the fan case. The center of this reinforcing plate should be pressed with the side that does not come into close contact with the fan case to the IL provided on the shafts of both wing fans. 5 ・\− Function According to the above configuration, the double-blade fan and the fan case covering it can constitute a circulation fan, a cooling fan, a cooling ventilation passage, and even a part of the circulation ventilation passage, and the configuration is different from that of the conventional one. It can be significantly simplified compared to . Furthermore, even when the fan case is integrally molded with a resin suitable for mass production, the airtightness of the drum seal portion that airtightly communicates the air intake port of the fan case with the inside of the rotating drum will not deteriorate.

The fan case tends to deform due to the humid and high temperature air coming from the circulation side (rotating drum side), but the reinforcing plate installed at the intake 1'' part of the fan case can suppress this deformation. Since the reinforcing plate presses the drum seal part, the gap between the fan case opening (mouth part and rotating drum J) can be maintained constant, and the drum 1 and seal part ensure the airtightness of the circulation ventilation path. be able to.

If a large amount of this fuzz is generated and remains on the ventilation surface of the heating element 3, the amount of circulating air passing through the heating element 3 will be reduced, and as a result, the heating element 3 will not be able to fully exhibit its intended performance. In other words, the heat generated in the tank is significantly reduced and the dryer cannot function properly. However, in this embodiment, the fuzz that occurs on the surface of the felt is burned off with a flame, and the sliding surface is made comparatively smooth.

To explain the operation of the dehumidifying dryer in this embodiment, the clothes that are put into the drum 2 and rotated are agitated, and the hot air blown into the drum 2 evaporates the moisture contained in the clothes. The air becomes hot and humid and the double wing fan 5
It is sent to the circulation fan side. Heat is removed from the circulating air by the double-blade fan 5, moisture contained in the circulating air is condensed, and the air returns to the heating element 3 again. The dew-condensed moisture is blown away by the double-winged fan 5, collected on the inner wall of the fan case 28, and discharged from a drain port (not shown) provided in a part of the ventilation path 30. In this way, the circulation of the circulating air is repeated and the clothes are successively dried.

The circulation fan and cooling fan are composed of a single double-winged fan, and the path from the fan case to the ventilation path and the fan unit is
It is possible to realize a dehumidifying dryer with an extremely simple configuration. Since the fan case is equipped with a reinforcing plate, it is possible to prevent the fan case from deforming due to heat, and since force is applied in the direction of pressing and hitting the drum seal, its airtightness V1 can be increased.

The machine includes a rotatable rotating drum that stirs the loaded clothes, a circulation fan that circulates air within the rotating drum to generate circulating air, and a cooling fan that is integrated with the circulation fan to blow cooling air. It is equipped with a double-blade fan that exchanges heat between circulating air and cooling air, and a fan case that covers the circulation fan of the double-blade fan, and the fan case is integrally formed of resin, and the circulating air generated by the circulating fan is transferred to a rotating drum. a vortex chamber that leads to a ventilation passage communicating with the rotary drum; an intake port that draws air from within the rotating drum toward the circulation fan; and a drum seal that maintains airtightness of the passage that connects the intake port and the rotating drum. , a partition wall is formed on the outer edge and constitutes a cooling vortex chamber that guides the cooling air to the exhaust port of the aircraft body, and a fan case reinforcing plate is provided in close contact with the inner wall surface of the peripheral edge of the air intake port of the fan case. The center of this fan case reinforcing plate is pressed against the retaining ring provided on the shaft of both wing fans with the side that does not come into close contact with the fan case, the midsection has the ventilation hole for the circulation air, and the outer periphery is attached to the fan case. A dehumidifying dryer that is fitted onto the outer edge of the air intake port and presses against the drum seal.
