According to a test using the shake flask method using M/1 hour/25°C, it is said to have a 97% killing effect on E. coli, and according to a test by Company K, 100% BNX nylon thread and 50% The results show that the killing effect on E. coli bacteria is almost the same for both types of cloth. And B
According to test results at the Japan Food Research Center for cloth made of 25% NX nylon yarn and 75% cotton yarn, more than 99% of E. coli bacteria are killed in about 5 hours. At Company K, trial weaving of jersey, tricot, plain weave, and non-woven fabrics using BXN nylon is being carried out, and dyeing can be done almost freely.

(B) Cashmilon DF made by Company A uses multiple fine metal powders containing heavy metals, and according to a test by Company A using the shake flask method with three-figure shaking at 80 RPM/1 hour/25°C. It has an 82.3% killing effect on Staphylococcus aureus. Although iron-L ascorbic acid and plant-based anico and pansil have a deodorizing effect on ammonia, they cannot be expected to have a deodorizing effect on ethyl mercaptan and hydrogen sulfide.

Furthermore, although phthalocyanine and coconut shell activated carbon have a deodorizing effect on ethyl mercaptan and hydrogen sulfide, they cannot be expected to have a deodorizing effect on ammonia. However, Cashmilon DF is said to have a deodorizing effect on ammonia, ethyl mercaptan, and hydrogen sulfide.
For example, a mixed gas of 112 PPM of ammonia gas, 9.5 PPM of ethyl mercaptan gas, and 40 PPM of hydrogen sulfide gas is mixed at a flow rate of 0.83 cm/sec and a flow rate of 5 l/mi.
By n, 100% Cashmilon DF non-woven fabric, thickness 6m
/m, it was announced that 60% could be removed in one pass and 80% in two passes. Additionally, Cashmiron DF does not lose its deodorizing function even after being exposed to ozone, has a growth-inhibiting effect on a mixture of black mold, blue mold, and white mold, and is said to not deteriorate even after getting wet. . At Company A, jersey, tricot, plain weave and non-woven fabrics are being trial woven, and dyeing is also carried out almost freely.

This invention is a product in the gap due to the lack of technical exchange between Company K and Company A, and by using Company K's BXN nylon and Company A's Cashmilon DF, we utilize the respective characteristics of both. This is to bring out the effects at the same time.

Company A's Cashmiron DF contains heavy metals to the extent that it cannot be used in drinking water, so considering the effects of sweat and other factors, it is better not to use it in areas that come into direct contact with the skin. This is because it is sure to cause problems in the future.

Also, when replacing the part (3) in the figure with a material that does not have antibacterial properties, such as cotton cloth, it is important to be careful if the part shown in (4) or (5) in the figure does not have antibacterial properties. It means that it is not. That is, 8-character shaking by company A, 80 RPM
According to a test using the shake flask method at 25°C/1 hour, Casimiron DF from Company A was effective against Escherichia coli by 1%.
It has a killing effect of only 6.2%, and Company K's B
This is because it is extremely inferior to the 97% killing effect of 100% XN nylon, and the causative bacteria that travels backward through the urethra and causes nephritis is almost always Escherichia coli. In particular, when bacteria adheres to the inside of (3) in the figure in a dry state, parts (4) and (5) have almost no effect on bacteria or mold, and only have a characteristic deodorizing effect. This is because it works.

To summarize the above, the parts of the underwear (1) other than the lower part (2) may be made of K Company's BNX nylon, or as long as they are made by K Company. It is sufficient to use BNX nylon-based fabrics or alternative fabrics that have sterilizing or strong antibacterial properties, and it is better not to use Cashmilon DF from Company A. The outside of the lower part (2) should preferably have a strong deodorizing effect, such as Cashmilon DF from Company A, and even better if it has strong antibacterial and mold-resistant properties, such as Cashmilon DF.

In addition to the shorts shown in Mamoru, this invention can be used for girdles and underwear for infants, the elderly, the disabled, etc., and can also be used for the lower part (2) known from Figures 2 and 3. The structure can be used for bed sheets, sheets, diaper covers, etc. for sick people and infants.

Effects of the Invention Since we decided to use an antibacterial cloth-like material on the inside of the lower part (2) of the underwear, it became possible to prevent inflammation caused by attached bacteria and diseases caused by the retrograde movement of bacteria. Also, since we decided to use a cloth-like material with deodorizing properties on the outside, we were able to absorb so-called discharge, menstrual odor, urine odor, etc.
