(Prior art) As is well known, various health devices such as conventional health devices, hanging health devices, handstand health devices, etc. have been developed, but all of these conventional health devices involve quite intense exercise, which places a heavy burden on the heart and reduces physical strength. It is not suitable for the elderly and those who are recovering from illness, and there are also problems with the position in which it is used. Therefore, the Tobari Health Device, which can be used in the supine position and is suitable for elderly people with weak physical strength or people who are recovering from illness, and which contributes to gradual recovery of physical strength and health improvement without strenuous exercise, is for example developed by the Special Publication Corporation in 1977. − No. 42341, or Special Publication No. 57-52069
In both of these, the lower end of the treadle tilts backwards when the heel is stretched, but the support shaft on the upper end does not move backwards, so the more you step on it, the lower the treadle becomes. The angle of inclination of the sides becomes large, and the inclination of the ankle when pressing along the treadle is large, which poses a problem in that it places a burden on the ankle.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) As mentioned above, as the tread force increases, only the lower end side of the tread plate inclines greatly.
Solving the conventional problem that the position of the upper end does not move, by stepping on the treadle board strongly, the lower end pressed by the heel will of course move back due to the pressing force, but the upper end of the toe side will also be adjusted at the same time. It retreats with an appropriate pressing force, eliminating abnormal inclination of the treadle,
This device was devised for the purpose of providing a treading health device that allows the ankle to be put under pressure to be fully treaded in a comfortable posture.

(Means for solving the problem) The present invention will be explained below based on the drawings.
Reference numerals 1 and 1 designate side rods vertically disposed on the left and right sides of the substrate 2 with an interval slightly wider than the shoulder width of a human body. 3, 3 is a cylindrical hanging box fixed to the upper end of the side rod 1. Reference numerals 4 and 4 denote moving grooves formed by cutting out a part of the peripheral surface of the hanging box 3 in a groove shape in the front-rear direction (left-right direction in FIG. 1). Reference numeral 5 designates a suspension rod whose both ends are loosely fitted into the moving grooves 4, 4 and installed in the left-right direction (toward the front in FIG. 1). 6 is the suspension rod 5
A treadle board is inserted through and suspended from the upper end, and the lower end is suspended so that it can swing freely in the front and rear directions. Reference numerals 7 and 7 denote upper adjustment plates which are attached to the outer circumferential surface at the left and right ends of the suspension rod 5 and at the rear side (left side in FIG. 1) of the suspension rod 5, and are constantly pressed by a pressure spring 8. It is.
Reference numerals 9 and 9 attach an inner tip portion screwed into a part of the rear peripheral surface of each hanging box 3 with an adjustment screw to the rear end side of the pressing spring 8. 10 is tread board 6
On the rear side thereof, there is a spring pressure adjusting plate which is arranged perpendicularly on the base plate 2 in parallel with the tread plate 6 with a spring intervening interval. Reference numerals 11, 11, . . . are spring pressure adjustment screws screwed into the spring pressure adjustment plate 10 with their tips facing the treadle plate 6 side. Reference numerals 12, 12, . . . denote tread pressure springs interposed between the tip of each spring pressure adjusting screw 11 and the rear surface of the tread plate 6 in the front-rear direction. Reference numeral 13 denotes a body placement sheet whose one end is fixed to the lower surface of the base plate 2 and whose other end is deployed in front of the footboard 6. Reference numeral 14 denotes grip portions provided on the left and right sides of the body placement sheet 13. Reference numeral 15 denotes a sole holding and pressing portion provided on the surface of the tread plate 6 in an appropriately bulged manner.

(Function) Next, to explain the function, when you lie down on your back on the body support sheet 13, grasp the grip part 14 with your hand, and press the sole of your foot against the treadle board 6, the lower half of the treadle board 6 will move. At the same time, it moves backward against the tread pressure spring 12, and a backward pressing force is also applied to the suspension rod 5 due to the tread force on the toe side, so the pressure spring 8 is compressed and the suspension rod 5 also retreats in the movement groove 4. do.

(Embodiment) Also, as shown in FIG. 3, a long hole 16 with a long diameter and an oval shape is cut out in the spring pressure adjustment plate 10 in the vertical direction, and a female screw 17 into which the spring pressure adjustment screw 11 is screwed is inserted in the vertical direction. By loosely fitting the tread plate 6 in a movable manner and tightening and fixing it at an appropriate height position with the tightening nut 18, it becomes possible to adjust the tread force of the tread plate 6 at a desired height position.

(Effects of the invention) When the invention is implemented as described above, due to the pressing force of the sole of the foot, both the heel side and the toe side are tilted at an angle corresponding to the pressing force at a natural angle that does not force the ankle. 6 moves backwards, so you can repeat the pushing motion as many times as you like with confidence. Also, you can freely adjust the pushing force by tightening or loosening the adjustment screw 9 and the spring pressure adjustment screw 11, making it suitable for people with weak physical strength. This is a device that greatly contributes to restoring the physical strength of the legs and hips of the elderly and sick people.
