Abstract

PURPOSE:To lengthen the service life of a cap, eliminate gas leakage and improve liquid feeding efficiency simply by a method wherein an attachment for a cap is provided which press-fits from the exterior and seals a cap mounted on a mouth of a container. CONSTITUTION:A pressure bottle 4 is provided with an attachment 11 for a cap which consists of a clamper 12, hook 13 and a wing bolt 15. By slightly fastening the wing bolt 15, the attachment 11 press-fits a cap from the exterior and compresses a packing 2. As a result, the pressure bottle 4 is completely sealed so that gas may not leak from the cap 3, OAP liquid 5 can be efficiently fed, and service life of the cap 3 can be remarkably lengthened.

Detailed Description of the Invention [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a liquid transfer device that maintains the inside of a container at a specified pressure and transfers the liquid inside the container, and in particular, the present invention relates to a liquid transfer device that maintains the inside of the container at a specified pressure and transfers the liquid inside the container. The present invention relates to an attachment for a pressure bottle cap provided for retention.

The pressure inside the container (pressure bottle) in conventional liquid delivery devices of this type is maintained by compressing the gasket by screwing the screw formed on the cap itself into the opening of the pressure bottle and tightening it. However, the life of the threaded part of the cap was short (and pressure leakage occurred, causing a drop in liquid delivery efficiency).

As shown in Fig. 3, a pressure bottle (cord bottle) 4 is covered with a cap 3 made of fluorine l54111 with a seal 2 interposed therebetween, and the seal 2 is compressed by the tightening force of the screw. The pressure of the N2 gas sent from the pressure reducing valve 1 was maintained, pressure was applied to the OA'P liquid 5 in the pressure bottle 4, and the liquid was sent to the photolithographic apparatus.
