Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a cushion sheet for packing which can be well preserved and easily handled and further which has a good appearance, by constituting slits so that the length of slits are longer than that of non-slits and the slits composing rows of the slits adjacent to other rows are positioned just aside at the non-slits thereof. CONSTITUTION:A cushion sheet 10 is made of kraft paper on the like. Rows with a number of slits, in which slits 11 (perforations lines) and non-slits 12 are alternately arranged almost on a linear line, are formed in parallel with each other on all the surface. The length L of the slit is longer than the length P of the non-slit 12. The slits 11 constituting the row of slits 13A adjacent to other rows are so arranged that the non-slits 12 constituting the other row 13B adjacent to the slits are positioned just aside at a nearly center point of the slits 11. When the both edges of the flat sheet 16 are pinched and a tensile strength F is applied in the crossing direction against the stretching direction of the rows of slits 13, the sheet material at the periphery of respective slits 11 is raised to form a honey comb frame 14 and hence the whole is deformed as a honey comb structure. The shock absorption due to the toughness of the honey comb frame 14 is available for a cushion member.

[Means for Solving the Problems 1] The present invention is a packaging cushion sheet in which a large number of slit rows in which slit portions and non-slit portions are alternately provided substantially in a straight line are formed in parallel over the entire surface of the sheet. The length of the slit portion is longer than the length of the non-slit portion, and the non-slit portion constituting the other slit row is located to the side of the slit portion constituting one adjacent slit row. .

"Function" Before using the cushion sheet for packaging of the present invention, when both ends of the flat sheet are grasped and a tensile force is applied in a direction crossing the extending direction of the slit rows, this tensile force is applied to the non-slit portions of the sheet. It spreads over the entire surface of the sheet, opens each slit, and bends and deforms the sheet material around each slit so as to form a waveform in the extending direction of the slit row. Due to the relationship between the sheet materials and the opening of each slit between the corrugations, the corrugations formed by the sheet materials are generated in line symmetry with each other. This allows the sheet material around each slit to The material stands up to form a honeycomb frame, and the entire flat sheet transforms into a honeycomb structure. A sheet having a honeycomb structure has a certain thickness due to the rise of the honeycomb frame, and also has shock absorption properties due to the stiffness of the honeycomb frame, and can be used as a cushion material for packaging.

Before use, the cushion sheet 10 is made by grasping both ends of a flat sheet lO as shown in FIGS. When F is applied, this tensile force is transmitted through the non-slit portion 12 of the sheet 10 and spreads over the entire surface of the sheet 10, opening each slit portion 11 as shown in FIG. 1(B) and FIG. 2(B). At the same time, the sheet material around each slit portion 11 is bent and deformed so as to form a waveform in the extending direction of the slit rows 13. At this time, the sheet materials facing each other with each slit section 11 in between are arranged so that the waveforms formed by them are line-symmetrical with respect to the relationship between each slit section 11 being opened between the waveforms formed by them. Generate. As a result, as shown in FIG. 3, each slit portion 11
The surrounding sheet material is erected to form a honeycomb frame 14, and the entire flat sheet lO is transformed into a honeycomb structure. The sheet lO having a honeycomb structure has a certain thickness h (see FIG. 2 (B)) due to the rise of the honeycomb frame 14, and has shock absorbing properties due to the stiffness of the honeycomb frame 14, and is packaged with It can be used as a cushion material for
