Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce an amount of noise in a car chamber generated due to running wind by a method wherein a vane plate is disposed in a position above the front edge part of a sun roof opening, and an air guide passage running in the running direction of a vehicle is formed between a roof panel and the vane plate, and an obstruction member is situated in the air guide passage. CONSTITUTION:A vane plate 11 of a deflector 10 is situated facing a front edge part 2 of a sun roof opening 1 and has the same width as that of the front edge part. An air guide passage 13 is formed between the vane plate 11 and the front edge part 2, and a beltform obstruction member 14 is placed throughout the whole above the rear end part thereof. Thus, when running wind is blown up from a front window 8 along a roof panel 7, the wind is introduced to the air guide passage 13 by means of the vane plate 11. A part of the running wind is converted into a vortex by means of a ridge part 4, and the other partial part is corroded with the obstruction member 14 and returned back, air flows are interfered with each other as they are expanded and since a harmful vortex is not induced, the generation of noise in a car room is reduced.

A sunroof S of an automobile A has a sunroof opening 1 that communicates with the inside and outside of the center frame, and the peripheral edge of this opening is formed by recessing the roof panel 7 as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 2 denotes the front edge of this peripheral edge, 3 the front wall of this front edge, 4 the ridge formed by this front wall and the roof panel 7, 5 the rear edge of the sunroof frontage 1, and the opening 1 can be closed by a sliding sunroof lid 6. When the automobile A runs with the above configuration (without the deflector 9, which will be described later in FIGS. 6 and 7), the traveling iw that has been blown up from the front window 8 along the roof panel 7 in a substantially rectified state is When passing through the ridge 4, it tends to be pulled toward the front wall 3 by the Coanda effect, so that vortices 1-- are induced one after another, and these vortices grow and advance in a line. Therefore, if such a vortex train passes near the trailing edge 5 of the opening, the grown vortex interferes with the trailing edge and moves in and out of the vehicle interior, causing air column vibration here, causing the so-called A rhythmic noise called a wind slope may occur.

The deflector 9 is for reducing such noise, and is provided diagonally rearward along the front edge 2 of the sunroof opening 1 in the form of a screen. Therefore, the rectified traveling wind flowing along the roof panel 7 is deflected upward by the deflector 9, and then passes through the upper edge 9a and heads rearward. At this time, vortices (2) are induced one after another at the upper edge 9a, and these vortices (2) grow and advance, but their course is at the rear edge 5 of the opening 1.
Since the air column deviates upward from the air, the cause of the air column vibration mentioned above is removed.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) By the way, if you want to make the sunroof opening 1 even larger,
That is, when it is desired to move the trailing edge 5 backward, there is a problem in that the screen-type deflector described above is difficult to suppress noise. This is because there is a limit to the height of the deflector in reality, so even if you try to deflect the path of the traveling wind upwards, there is a limit to this, and as a result, the line may end up approaching the rear edge of the opening. be. Therefore, Japanese Utility Model Application No. 60-169021 is designed to actively take in the running wind and turn the running wind into a small vortex.

In other words, by providing a large number of small holes at the top of the screen-shaped deflector or by forming irregularities on the upper edge to continuously generate small vortices, the frequency of the vortices is increased and resonance with the interior of the conductor is prevented. There are some that have been.

However, screen-type deflectors with many small holes or irregularities have a complicated structure, and depending on the size of the sunroof opening, structure, and other vehicle body conditions, the fragmented vortices may resonate and cause wind noise. There is a risk that

[Structure of the Invention] (Means for Solving the Problem) In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the means of the present invention provides a vehicle with a vane plate disposed above the leading edge of the sunroof opening or near the leading edge. An air guide path leading to the traveling direction is formed, and an obstacle member is placed facing the air guide path.

As mentioned above, the driving wind that has been blown up from the front window along the roof panel in a nearly rectified state is captured by the vane at the front edge of the sunroof opening and forced into the air guide path, where it becomes obstructed. After it interferes with the components and turns into a non-uniform turbulent flow, it blows out above the sunroof opening and flows there.

Therefore, even if discontinuous portions such as the ridges are present in this flow path, vortices are extremely unlikely to be induced in non-uniform turbulent flow.

This □ embodiment is as described above. Therefore, car A
When the wind from the vehicle is blown up from the front window 8 along the roof panel 7 in a substantially rectified state as shown in (e) above, it is introduced into the air guide path 13 by the vane plate 11. A part of this introduced airflow turns into a vortex at the ridge 4, and another part collides with the obstacle member 14 and reverses, and these airflows interfere with each other while engraving. A non-uniform turbulent flow is generated and flows over the sunroof frontage 1. This prevents harmful vortices from being induced in the future.

(Embodiment 2) A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The sound board 16 in the deflector 15 of this example is disposed on the front edge 2 of the sunroof opening 1 via the legs 17 formed on both sides of the sound board 16, as in the case of the first embodiment. The height Hl from the panel 7 to the vane plate 16 is made larger than that of the first embodiment (Hl) to form a relatively large capacity air guide path 18 between the panel 7 and the front edge 2. An obstruction member 19 having a substantially square cross section faces the middle part of the air duct 18 and is fixed to the leg 17.17 with a gap 20 from the vane 16.

According to this configuration, a relatively large amount of traveling wind is introduced into the air guiding path 18, and a part of it flows behind the obstacle member 19 through the gap 20 (airflow W), and the remaining part is in the case of the first embodiment. Similarly, the flow reverses from the barrier surface 19a of the obstacle member, turns into a vortex at the ridge 4, and interferes with each other to form a turbulent flow. This turbulent flow is guided by the relatively wide lower surface 19b and the front edge 2 of one obstacle member and reaches the rear part of the air guide path 18, and then is attracted by the airflow W from the gap 20 to the upper part of the sunroof frontage 1. flowing through.

In this embodiment, the generated turbulent flow can flow far away from the sunroof opening, so noise caused by interference with the opening can be suppressed.

The deflector 25 in this example is an integrally molded product consisting of a soundboard 26, legs 27 on both sides thereof, and two obstruction members hanging from the rear edge of the soundboard, and is easy to manufacture. By fixing this deflector to the roof panel 7 near the front edge 2 of the sunroof roof 1] 1, in this example, immediately in front of the ridge 4, the deflector is placed between the panel 7 and the wing plate 26. An air guide path 28 and a slit 30 are formed between the vicinity of the ridge 4 and the obstacle member 29, respectively. Therefore, the air guide path 2
The traveling wind introduced into the slit 8 collides with the obstacle member 29 and becomes disturbed and blows out from the slit 30.

The deflector 35 has a vane plate 36 arranged obliquely above the front edge 2 of the sunroof opening 1, and an air guide path 38 that narrows rearward.
A plate-shaped obstruction member 39 is attached to the front edge 2 in this air guide path.
A slit 40 is formed between this obstacle member and each trailing edge of the wing plate 36.

As can be seen from this configuration, the plate-shaped obstacle member 39 attempts to blow up the traveling wind in a rectified state as shown in the front (front) (e), corresponding to the conventional deflector 9 (FIG. 7), but the blade plate The traveling wind introduced into the air guide path 38 by the air guide path 36 gradually narrows its path and collides with the above-mentioned blowing up air current while increasing its speed. Blow out. This prevents the induction of vortices as in conventional deflectors.

U Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, the generation of vortices as a cause of noise generation in the sunroof can be suppressed with a simple configuration, so it can be manufactured at low cost and the design can be done without any problems as in the past. There is no need to consider the path of the vortex, and this increases the degree of freedom in determining the dimensions of the sunroof opening, etc.
