状である。[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As mentioned above, it is desired to attach anti-skid chains to snow tires in order to prevent dust pollution and damage to road surfaces and traffic marking lines. Despite improvements in chains, the task of installing an anti-slip chain is extremely troublesome and is rarely carried out because it causes severe rattling and poor running performance.

A tread pattern 6 consisting of three rows of tread groups is formed with grooves 5 in between. Further, in each of the sub-crown parts 7 on both sides, a large number of thick, high tread parts 8 are formed in a line with grooves 9 interposed in the tread pattern 6. In this case, the three rows of tread groups constituting the tread pattern 6 of the crown portion 2 are formed by repeating a large number of sets of one high tread portion 3 and two low tread portions 4 in each row. The high tread portions 3 are arranged adjacent to the low tread portions 4 in adjacent rows, and the high tread portions 3 are arranged around the entire periphery of each low tread portion 4. This embodiment shows a case in which the present invention is applied to a so-called studless tire, which has narrow grooves 10 formed on each tread surface and is made of relatively flexible rubber.

Further, since the high tread portion 3 is disposed around each low tread portion 4, stable running is obtained by the tread surface of the high tread portion 3 surrounding the low tread portion 4, and the misapplication crown portion 7 is Since it is formed by the portion 3, stable cornering can be performed.

All of the central rows forming the tread pattern 6A of the crown portion 2 are high tread. The rows on both the left and right sides consist of a high tread portion 3 and a low tread portion 4. In this embodiment, the height difference between the high tread portion 3 and the low tread portion 4 provides an anti-slip effect, and since the center row is entirely formed of the high tread portion 3, stable running performance is obtained.

In this example, the crown portion 2 of a so-called ordinary anti-slip tire 1 is comprised of a substantially double-shaped high tread portion 3A and a low tread portion 4A. The tread pattern 6B is composed of three rows of tread groups, and similarly to the above embodiment, the anti-slip effect due to the difference in level can be obtained.
