。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Summary] The present invention relates to a method for automatically generating a test program directly from a test specification indicating the required specifications of a device under test, and for determining the identity between the test specification and the test program. In order to be able to maintain the program at all times and automatically generate it quickly, the test program for multiple test methods of the device under test is divided into an execution part and a data part, and the execution part is divided into standardized single functions. Prepare a test specification that expresses the requirement specifications corresponding to the single function in a prescribed syntax with formalized descriptive terms and data necessary for the single function, and write the descriptive terms corresponding to each single function of the execution unit. means for storing data in the order of said syntax; and means for storing data via a compiler for extracting from said test specification data necessary for a function according to said syntax; The configuration is such that a test program is automatically generated by combining the data.

It is merely proposed as a method for automatically generating diagrams and source programs.

It is not necessarily achieved by preserving gender. In this case, there are problems in which the content of the test specification and the test program may not match (due to human error, etc.) at any stage, or consistency may be broken in the test flow procedure.

1, means 10.13 for outputting and storing descriptive terms corresponding to each single function of the execution unit in the order of the syntax, and extracting data necessary for each single function according to the syntax from the test specification. The present invention is characterized in that it includes a means 14 for storing data via a compiler 12, and automatically generates a test program by combining descriptive terms and data from both storage means according to the syntax.

The system is separated into a test execution part and a test data part, and the test execution part is made general-purpose, and the descriptive terminology of the test specification is standardized as one test data part, handled as a source document, and the data is extracted using a compiler as an intermediary. , which is combined with a test execution unit to automatically generate a test program. As a result, the identity of the test specification and the test program is always maintained, and unlike in the past, one test, one test, one test, one test program, and one test program become independent, leading to inconsistency. There are no such problems, and consistency can be maintained not only during the development stage but also during changes and revisions.
