交換され、排気ガラリ26を介して屋外に排出
(E.A)される。室外側コイル11を通過する還
気R.Aは排気フアン13を通つたもの全部の場合
と一部の場合がある。全部の場合はバイパスダン
パが閉鎖しているときで、バイパスダンパ12が
開放している場合はその開度量に応じた量が通過
する。バイパスダンパ12の開度は居室1内等に
設置されるサーモスタツト(図示せず)によつて
自動的に比例制御する。これにて室外側コイル1
1を通過する還気R.Aの量を変化させ、冷却又は
加熱能力を調節する。還気ダクト27から還気室

一部と合流混合して室外側コイル11を通過す

ができる。従つて、その回収熱を室内側コイル熱
に利用できるためにメカニズムの面からのランニ
ングコストの低減が図れる。
