【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は、製パン製菓工程において使用する
整形機の生地送りコンベアの前方端から送り出さ
れた生地を、別のコンベアによつて搬送される展
板内へ移乗させる整形機の生地移乗装置に関す
る。

送りコンベア2の移送方向前方下方に設けたワー
クテーブル14上へ生地を橋渡しする移動シユー
ト19及び生地送りコンベア2下方に設けた展板
コンベア16によつて、それぞれ別の3経路へ移
送経路を切換えるように構成したものである。こ
れら3つの経路のうち、展板コンベア16の展板
17上へは、生地送りコンベア2の前方端から送
り出された生地が、生地送りコンベア2の前方端
下方に設けた固定シユート20上を滑り落ちて一
時的にこの固定シユート20の下方に設けた揃え
板18の間に保持されてタイミングを図つて落下
収納するようになつている。

して直線状の棒状生地が得られないという問題点
を有している。

端を連結した支点を中心に上下方向へ移動自在な
上下動調節装置を設けたところにある。

は、前工程の丸目工程から送られてきた生地を薄
平板状に圧延する圧延ローラ群7が設けられてい
ると共に、前記中間ロール5,6と先端側の間の
上方には、薄平板状の生地を巻いて転圧しながら
棒状に整形する転圧板8が設けられている。この
転圧板8は、整形機1の本体9と前記中間ロール
5,6の近辺に設けた支点10を中心に回動自在
な側枠11に取り付けられているので、該側枠1
1と共に回動する。又、この側枠11の前方端に
は、前記先端ロール4が設けられると共に、側方
にはハンドル12の回転によつて伸縮自在な支持
腕13が設けられている。

ることによつて支持腕13を縮小させる。する
と、側枠11は支点10を中心に下方へ回転する
が、同時にこの側枠11の先端の先端ロール4も
下方へ移動するので、生地送りコンベア2は中間
ロール5,6を支点として折曲つた状態となる
が、そのまま回転を続けて生地を搬送する。これ
によつて、生地送りコンベア2の前方端は揃え板
18に近接するので、生地送りコンベア2の前方
端から送り出された棒状生地の落下距離へ短くな
る。

若しくは固定シユートに当つて曲折することがな
くなり、直線状のまま展板内へ収納することがで
きる。
