【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は操作デスクに係り、特にその操作パネ
ルに関するものである。

従来から、例えばプラント、水処理、送配電そ
の他の電力設備における監視制御装置には、操作
デスク(制御卓)が用いられている。この操作デ
スクには、スイツチを多数個セツトした操作パネ
ル(スイツチパネル)が、一側端部を操作デスク
の上面にヒンジ結合されて開閉自在に取付けられ
ている。すなわち、第1図から第3図に示すよう
に、操作デスク1における操作パネル2は、多数
個のキースイツチ3を有して操作デスク1の上面
から開閉自在に、ヒンジ4にて取付けられた長方
形の箱状体から構成されている。しかして、操作
パネル2は、上面を傾斜させ、四隅部を溶接した
りする加工をするため、種々の歪みが生じ、例え
ば側板2a,2aの下辺が同一平面上に位置しえ
ないように対角線方向に捩れたり、若しくは寸法
の微少な違いによるゆがみなどにより、操作デス
ク1にヒンジ4にて結合したとき、卓上板1aに
安定して載置できずガタツキを生じることが多
い。そこで、このようなひずみ等を修正する作業
が繁雑であつた。

ツプ5はネジなどで側端部2cに固着してもよ
い。しかして、操作パネル2はその長尺側の側端
部2bが、軸6を介して、卓上板1aに突設した
ヒンジ7,7に止輪6aとともに連結される。軸
6は軸受8,8にて支持され、軸受8,8は操作
パネル2の一方の側端部2bに形成された折曲部
内に固定されている。9は軸受8を操作パネル2
に、およびヒンジ7を卓上板1aにそれぞれ固着
するブラインドリベツトなどの締結具である。
