Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the partition wall that separates the bottle room (bottle and can storage room) and the refrigerator room, where there is little temperature difference between the left and right rooms, is formed integrally using a part of the inner box. Cold air convection holes (holes)/I are used to form a
/ between the refrigerator compartment and the refrigerator compartment), a separate connecting tube and sealing member are required, which is difficult to install, and because the partition walls are filled with foam insulation, the effective volume increases and the internal volume decreases. Furthermore, since the decorative partition frame for attaching the cross rail to the front part of the heat-insulating partition wall is separately fixed to the partition wall using screws, there is a problem in that the cost and the number of installation steps increase significantly.

This wall 17a covers the front surface of the convex portion 16b. Further, the partition plate has an upper edge 17b fitted in the groove 16CI, a flange piece 17C1 fitted in the protrusion 16d, a through hole 17d for convection of cold air from the left and right chambers, and a mounting hole 17e, which are integrally partitioned. It is formed on the plate 17. 18
.. Reference numeral 19 denotes a bottle room and a refrigerator room, which are separated by the partition plate 17 and store bottles, cans, etc. with a small temperature difference. 2° is a screw for fixing the partition plate; 21 is a heat insulating material inserted into the wall 17a integrally formed from the partition plate 17 in a U-shape; 2;
A metal cross rail 2 covers the front surface of the wall 17a and the heat insulating material 21. 23 is a foamed heat insulating material filled between the outer box 16, the inner box 16, and the partition wall 16a. Here, the assembly method of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. In front of the refrigerator insulation box main body 14, a partition plate 17 that divides the lower chamber of the inner box 16 into left and right sides is provided on the inner box 16, and a band-shaped convex portion 16b is provided on the top surface Φ back surface, the bottom surface, the groove 16c, and the back protrusion 16d. Insert the partition plate 17 into the inner box 16 with screws 2o through the mounting holes 17e provided in the front heat insulation partition wall so that they are in contact with each other.
The inner box assembly is completed. After that, after inserting the inner box assembly into the outer box body 15, the heat insulating material 21 or Crosley/L/22 is attached to the inside of the wall 17a of the partition plate 17, and then attached to a suitable foaming jig. In order to complete the refrigerator insulation box body 14 by injecting the foam insulation material 23 such as diurethane through the injection port (not shown) on the back side of the refrigerator,
To easily assemble the partition plate and to create a strong partition plate structure in which the top, back, and bottom surfaces of the partition plate are completely tightly fixed to the inner box.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention allows the front wall of the box body to be integrally formed from the partition plate made of synthetic resin that partitions the two rooms with small temperature difference, so there is no need for a separate partition frame, etc., and the assembly is easy. Improvement and cost reduction can be achieved. Furthermore, since the partition plate is made of synthetic resin, convection holes can be easily provided, and there is no need for a separate communicating cylinder member, resulting in cost reduction. In addition, since the partition plate structure does not require a heat insulating layer on the partition wall between the two rooms, the previously ineffective area becomes an effective internal volume, increasing the internal volume, and it is also possible to easily form a shelf structure from the partition plate. The necessary strength structure can be strengthened by simply fixing the partition plate with foamed heat insulating material, and the integral partition plate specification can have a great effect of improving the appearance of the refrigerator interior.
