は油槽を長くしたり、又は移送速度を遅くするこ
とが必要で、これでは設備が大型化したり、ある
いは生産能力に限界がある。これを改善するため
油槽内に上下2段もしくはそれ以上の移送ライン
を形成し、物品が槽内をその底部から上部方向に
向つて順次槽長手方向に移動する反転式移送手段
が設けられる。その一例として本願出願人の先願
にかかわる実公昭59−8646号がある。これは油槽
内に三条のネツトコンベヤの組み合わせにより上
下二列の移送ラインを形成し、この上方にパドル
ミキサーによる移送ラインを形成したもので、こ
れは製品が丸、棒、角等のものにあつての使用に
適している。しかし薄物すなわち平天ぷらなどに
於てはネツトコンベヤの彎曲したラインの反転部
及びパドルミキサーへの供給部に於て製品が確実
に反転させられないことがある。

夫々同一方向に同期して駆動する。この時このコ
ンベヤ装置2の一端側から投入された製品Gがこ
の装置の他端側に達するまでに少くとも製品表面
が揚げられ、他の製品とが接着しないようにしか
も油中に浮くようにしてその全長を定めるか、あ
るいは定まつたコンベヤ長でもその駆動速度を可
変式として調整可能とする。このようにして揚物
製品は油槽の始端側より他端側へ油中にひたりな
がら移送される。このとき製品の浮上力は上位の
コンベア即ち第2段目のコンベア2bにて抑止さ
れる。そして製品が第1段目コンベヤの終端部ま
で移送されると次にこのコンベヤ2aの終端部で
反転され、上方の移送ラインへ移される。このコ
ンベヤ装置2の終端部での製品が確実に上下面が
逆となつて反転するために第3のコンベヤ3が設
けられる。この第3コンベヤ3は第1段目のコン
ベヤ2aの終端部とその一端側にて対向せしめ、
かつ第2段目のコンベヤ2bの端部外周面と所要
の間隔をおいて彎曲形成せしめられ、第1、2段
目間のコンベヤ2a,2b間を移送されてきた製
品Gはこのコンベヤ端より第2段目コンベヤ2b
の上面側(復路側)と第3コンベヤ3の下面側と
の間を第2段目コンベヤ端に沿つて反転しつつ移
送される。この第1段目コンベヤ端と第3コンベ
ヤ端との間は製品Gの厚さよりも小なるように
し、かつ製品反転時確実に上下面が逆となつて導
びかれるよう第2段目コンベヤと第3コンベヤ間
を第1、第2段目コンベヤの往路側間隔と同じく
するものである。またこの第3コンベヤ3は反転
した製品Gがその姿勢がほぼ安定して移送される
距離を第2段目のコンベヤ上面と平行した短かい
もので、第1、第2段目のコンベヤ2a,2bが
ネツトコンベヤであるのに対し、これは対向する
二条のエンドレスチエン間に製品Gの厚みより小
となる定ピツチでバーを多数横架せしめてなるも
のでこのバーコンベヤによつて製品の確実なる反
