This blood collection container main body 2 is formed into a cylindrical shape, the lower end of which is formed into a substantially inverted conical shape, and ribs 2b are formed in the radial direction on the outer periphery of the lower end. The blood collection container body 2 is semi-transparent and has a scale 2c formed in its height direction so that the amount of blood can be seen from the outside.
