Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the contagion of virus when collected blood is taken out, by a method wherein the main body of a vessel is made of a virus-unpermeable material, an opening is formed therein and a virus-unpermeable film which can be sealed and fixed to the opening and has a prescribed strength is provided for the opening. CONSTITUTION:The main body 2 of a vessel is made of a virus-unpermeable material such as polypropylene of a prescribed thickness, for instance, and formed in the shape of a cylinder. The lower end thereof is formed virtually in the shape of an inverted cone, while divisions 2c of a scale are provided in the direction of height on the outer periphery of the lower end, so that the quantity of blood can be seen from outside. As for a film 3, a polypropylene layer 3b is formed on the rear surface of an aluminum layer 3a thereof. Therefore it can be welded on an opening 2a of the main body 2 while it does not allow virus to permeate therethrough even when it is thin and has a large strength. Collected blood is injected into the main body 2 and the film 3 is put on the upper side of the opening 2a and thermowelded to be sealed and fixed thereon. While an injector needle can be pierced through the film 3, the film 3 does not allow the virus to permeate since it is formed of two layers, and thus the contagion of the virus can be prevented.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, when a nurse wraps plastic over the opening of a glass tube and secures it with a rubber band, there are cases in which nurses accidentally spill blood on their hands, or the rubber band comes off during transport, or they have to remove the plastic again. When blood is collected from a glass tube with a syringe needle for testing, blood may accidentally spill onto the hands of a laboratory technician.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides a blood collection container body made of a virus-impermeable material and having an opening formed therein, and a virus-impermeable film capable of sealing and fixing the opening and having a predetermined strength. Its composition is that it consists of the following.

Furthermore, since the blood collection container body and the film are made of virus-impermeable materials, viruses will not pass from the inside to the outside, nor will viruses be mixed into the inside from the outside.

実施例 以下、本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。Example Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

The blood collection container main body 2 is made of a virus-impermeable material, such as polypropylene formed to a predetermined thickness. This blood collection container main body 2 is formed into a cylindrical shape, the lower end of which is formed into a substantially inverted conical shape, and ribs 2b are formed in the radial direction on the outer periphery of the lower end. The blood collection container body 2 is semi-transparent and has a scale 2c formed in its height direction so that the amount of blood can be seen from the outside.

The film 3 used is one in which a polypropylene layer 3c is laminated and coated on the back surface of an aluminum layer 3a, or one in which aluminum is vapor-deposited on the top surface of a polypropylene layer. Since the polypropylene layer 3b is formed on the lower surface of this film 3, it can be easily welded to the opening 2a of the blood collection container main body 2, and even if it is thin, it does not allow viruses to pass through, and it is strong.

First, as shown in FIG. 2, collected blood is injected into the blood collection container body 2. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the film 3 is placed on the upper surface of the opening 2a and sealed and fixed by heat welding. This is transported to a testing facility, and as shown in FIG. 4, a test injection needle is inserted into the film 3 to collect the blood inside.
