Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a water supply time by continuously detecting a rise in a water level at the time of the supply of water to a water storage tank, by arranging a forward pipe having a pump connected thereto and a return pipe having a pressure detection means connected thereto to a water level detector and connecting the forward or return pipe to a water supply pipe to change over said water supply pipe to a recirculation mode or a water supply mode by a change-over means. CONSTITUTION:A hot-water heater 2 is connected to the bathtub being the water storage part of the water detector of an automatic bath, and the forward pipe 3 connected to a pump 5 and the return pipe 4 connected to a pressure detection means 11 are arranged therebetween. When the water storage tank 1 is merely heated without changing the water level in said tank 1, a change-over means 12 is changed over to a recirculation mode and the forward pipe 3 is connected to the return pipe 4 and the water in the water storage part 1 is heated through the pump 5 and a burner 6 and the temp. of said water is detected by a temp. detection sensor 7 to be controlled to a set value. When water is supplied to the water storage part 1, the means 12 is changed over to a water supply mode and the water of a water supply source 8 is supplied through a water supply pipe 9, the means 12, the pump 5 and the burner 6 and a rise in a water level is detected by the means 11.

1 is a bathtub which is a water storage part, 2 is a water heater, and these are connected by an outgoing pipe 3 and a return pipe 4. The outgoing pipe 3 includes a pump 5 for circulating the water in the water storage section 1 and supplying water into the water storage section 1, and a burner 6 for raising the temperature of the circulating water.
is connected to the return pipe 4, and a temperature detection sensor 7 for detecting the temperature of the circulating water is connected to the return pipe 4. Further, a water supply source 8 is connected to the return pipe 4 via a water supply pipe 9, and its opening and closing is controlled by a shutoff valve 1.
At the same time, a pressure detection means 11 for detecting pressure was connected to the water supply pipe 9 to detect the water level in the water storage section 1. (For example, JP-A-62-262110
Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the configuration as described above, the pressure detection means 11
is connected to the water supply pipe 9, water is being supplied to the water tank 1, that is, water is being supplied from the water supply source 8 to the water tank 1 via the shutoff valve 10, the pump 5, and the outgoing pipe 3. In this case, the pressure detection means 11 detects dynamic pressure due to flowing water as well as changes in static pressure caused by the rise in water level in the water storage tank 1, which makes accurate water level measurement difficult. It was necessary to stop the 5 and eliminate the dynamic pressure. However, because of this, the water level has to be detected intermittently, resulting in poor detection accuracy, and the water supply has to be interrupted many times, which inevitably increases the water supply time.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the water level detection device of the present invention includes a pump connected to an outflow pipe, a pressure detection means connected to a return pipe, and a pump connected to an outflow pipe, a pressure detection means connected to a return pipe, and a water level detection device that connects the outflow pipe to a return pipe or a water supply pipe. The system is equipped with a switching means that connects to the water supply mode and switches between the circulation mode and the water supply mode.

Function: Due to the above-described configuration, the present invention has no running water in the return pipe to which the pressure detection means is connected when water is being supplied, and since it communicates with the water tank, it is possible to continuously maintain an accurate water level using static pressure even when water is not being supplied. This makes it possible to detect it.

実施例 以下、本発明の実施例を第1図にもとづいて説明する。Example Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG.

Components that are the same as in FIG. 2 are designated by the same numbers. Second
The difference from the figure is that the pressure detection means 11 is connected to the return pipe 4, and a switching means 12 is provided for switching the connection of the outgoing pipe 3 to the return pipe 4 or the water supply pipe 9.

In the above configuration, when it is desired to simply heat the water without changing the water level in the water storage tank 1, the switching means 12 is switched to the circulation mode and the outgoing pipe 3 is connected to the return pipe 4. At this time, the water in the water tank 1 is transferred to the return pipe 4, the switching means 12, and the pump 5.
, is heated via the burner 6 and returns to the water storage tank 1 from the outgoing pipe. The temperature at this time is detected by the temperature detection sensor 7 and controlled to a set value. At this time, water level detection is unnecessary.

When supplying water into the water storage tank 1, the switching means 12 is switched to the water supply mode and the outgoing pipe 3 is connected to the water supply pipe 9. At this time, water from the water supply source 8 is supplied from the outgoing pipe 3 to the water storage tank 1 via the water supply pipe 9, the switching means 12, the pump 5, and the burner 6. At this time, the return pipe 4 is separated and no dynamic pressure is generated inside the pipe, and since it is in communication with the water storage tank 1, the water level is rising moment by moment due to the water supply to the water storage tank 1. It can be detected by the detection means 11. Therefore, there is no need to stop the water supply to detect the water level (and a continuous pressure signal can be obtained).

Effects of the Invention As described above, the water level detection device of the present invention includes a pump connected to an outflow pipe, a pressure detection means connected to a return pipe, and a circulation mode or a water supply pipe by connecting the outflow pipe to a return pipe or a water supply pipe. It has a switching means to switch to the water supply mode, and when water is supplied, the return pipe to which the pressure detection means is connected is disconnected, so no dynamic pressure is generated in the pipe, and it communicates with the water tank, so it has the following features.
