[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a separate cooling garment for protecting the human body from high temperature and humidity during high-temperature work, such as pesticide spraying work in the summer.

Hitherto, cooling jackets for the human body have been proposed, such as those described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 52-15747 and Japanese Utility Model Application No. 53-88301.

All of them use sublimation dry ice as a refrigerant, and the one described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 15747/1983 has a pocket inside the jacket on the entire body or the lower part of the body, and a dry ice is placed in the pocket. The idea is to cool the body by adding ice cream and causing the gaseous carbon dioxide that sublimes to circulate.

In addition, what is described in Utility Model Application Publication No. 53-88301 is
A pocket is provided inside the torso of a vinyl raincoat, and dry ice is placed in the pocket to cool the body in the same manner as described above.

However, all of the conventional cooling jackets mentioned above use dry ice at -80°C as a refrigerant, so even though they use pockets, there is a risk of frostbite if the jacket comes into direct contact with the human body.

Additionally, since dry ice, which is an extremely hard solid, is inserted inside the jacket on the body side, it is uncomfortable to wear, and the torso is exposed to constant sublimation of carbon dioxide gas, which can cause physical problems. There were also some problems.

Furthermore, with a jacket alone, the cooling effect is limited to the upper body and does not extend to the lower body, which causes the lower body to become stuffy and create an imbalance with the upper body.

The purpose of this invention is to overcome the problems of the conventional cooling jackets mentioned above, to create a comfortable separate type jacket that is comfortable to wear without the risk of frostbite, and can cool the lower body at the same time without affecting your physical condition. The purpose is to provide cooling clothing.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a separate type cooling garment consisting of a vest that covers almost the upper half of the torso and trunks that cover the thighs, and the outside of each of the vest and trunks is coated with non-sublimable gel. The present invention is characterized in that a cold insulating material made of a substance is attached in piece form, and spacers are attached to the insides of each of the vest and trunks to provide a gap between them and the human body.

以下、図によつて本考案を具体的に説明する。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically explained with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 4 is a plan view of the cooling vest 1A (and the same applies to the cooling trunks 1B) when viewed from above. What is important in the figure is that spacers 6 are periodically provided on the human body side (inside the cooling garment) to provide a space layer without making them come into close contact with the human body.

With conventional sublimation refrigerants such as dry ice, there is a risk of frostbite due to the extremely low temperature of -80℃, which is hard and uncomfortable to wear, and the constant release of carbon dioxide gas can cause health problems. This is because there are cases. The reason for using a piece-like material is that it is easier to handle than a large sheet-like material, and the cooling effect can be adjusted by appropriately selecting the amount of the material to be attached.

As a commercially available refrigerant, for example, "Icenon" (registered trademark) manufactured by Hakugen Co., Ltd. can be used, and the melting point can be arbitrarily selected in the range of -20°C to 0°C. Moreover, since the degree of deformation is large, it can flexibly accommodate the body shape of the wearer of the cooling garment and is comfortable to wear.

This is because if the cold insulating material 3 is provided inside the fabric 7, that is, on the human body side, the cooling effect will be excessive and the fabric will become too cold. From this point of view as well, it is necessary to provide the spacer 6 inside the cooling garment.

The thickness of the spacer 6 (S in Figure 5) creates a gap between the inside of the cooling garment and the human body, prevents the cooling effect from becoming excessive, prevents stuffiness due to close contact with the human body, and allows air to circulate. This is because it improves

The cooling effect tends to flow from above to below, so for cooling the upper body, it is sufficient to wear the cooling vest 1A that covers only the shoulders, chest, and upper back, and for cooling the lower body, it is sufficient to wear the This is because it is necessary and sufficient to wear cooling trunks 1B that only cover the body.

In addition, it is more comfortable to wear the sleeveless vest 1A and trunks 1B with a short inseam as separates like this, and even if your arms and legs move, the vest 1A and trunks 1B themselves hardly move, so This is because it does not place unnecessary burden on the wearer and allows for easy movement.

Also, separate cooling clothing may be worn as the outermost layer, but when using it for pesticide spraying in the summer, for example, it is necessary to wear pesticide protection clothing over the separate cooling clothing to prevent pesticides from coming into contact with the skin. It is preferable.

On the other hand, if you continue walking under the same conditions as above while wearing the pesticide protection clothing with the polyurethane film directly over your undershirt without using the cooling clothing of the present invention, it will take just 2 to 3 minutes. As is clear from this example, if the cooling vest of the separate type cooling garment of the present invention is used,
You can comfortably continue working at high temperatures for longer periods of time than before. Furthermore, if you also use cooling trunks, the cooling effect will be further improved, allowing you to continue working comfortably for even longer periods of time.

A piece of cold insulation material made of a non-sublimable gel-like material is attached to the outside of each cooling vest/trunk, eliminating the negative effects associated with sublimating refrigerants such as conventional dry ice, and making it easy to handle. It is comfortable to wear because it flexibly deforms to fit your body shape, and the cooling effect does not become excessive.

Since the spacer is attached to the inside of the cooling vest/trunks (on the human body side), a gap can be created without the fabric of the cooling garment coming into close contact with the human body. Therefore, excessive cooling can be avoided, and at the same time, air circulation can also prevent stuffiness, allowing for comfortable work.

Therefore, if the separate type cooling clothing of the present invention is used for work at high temperatures, especially for pesticide spraying work in the summer, it is possible to continue working comfortably for a longer period of time than before without getting stuffy.
