Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to mass-produce block having two layers different in color and surface texture by a method wherein a block is formed by charging two kinds of concrete, which are divided into two layers or a front and a rear layers, in a molding box. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of ready-removal cements A and B, which are alternately mixed by a mixer and the slumps of which are O and the water cement ratio of which are 30%, are charged alternately in traversing hoppers 2 and 2' by means of a skip hoist bucket 1 and a distributing device 3. The respective cements fall from the traversing hoppers 2 and 2' into machine hoppers 4 and 4' respectively. The cement A is stopped by a movable gate 5, which is provided beneath the machine hopper 4. The cement B enters a material supply box 6, which is provided beneath the machine hoppers 4 and 4'. After that, the gate 5 is moved below the machine hopper 4, resulting in charging the cement A in the material supply box 6.
