Abstract

PURPOSE:To apply continuously pressure and increase filter efficiency with a simple structure by decreasing fluidity of raw liquid by means of a vacuum filter device, and then filtering under pressure by means of a pressurizing plate provided close to cake on the filter cloth. CONSTITUTION:When raw liquid is fed from a trough 19 onto a filter cloth 1 while the filter cloth 1 is moved and a vacuum suction box 2 is driven, the raw liquid is filtered first by the vacuum suction box 2. At the same time, a pressurizing plate 8 is moved forward, and when its end reaches the lower side of press rollers 11, the plate is pressed by the press rollers 11 to pressurize cake downward. That is, the cake is filtered by the vacuum suction box 2 section and loses its fluidity by a wedge-shaped pressurizing section of the pressurizing plate 8 inclined gradually as the filter cloth 1 moves forward and further liquid content is removed. When filtration under pressure is finished, a trough 3 and the pressurizing plate 8 are moved back to the original positions.

Japanese Patent Publication No. 46-29419 is an example of the former, in which water is filtered and dehydrated using a vacuum suction device. Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-6903 is an example of the latter, in which the raw solution is sealed in a filtration chamber, filtered and dehydrated by applying high pressure to it using a diaphragm, and then filtered through the furnace slag by running a filter cloth. The material is transferred to the outside of the door panel row so that it can be completely peeled off.

``Intermediate Points to be Solved by the Invention'' However, in the vacuum suction device as in Japanese Patent Publication No. 46-29419, the suction force is only about 0.6 or higher, and high filterability cannot be expected. In addition, a filter press such as the one disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-6903 can pressurize the stock solution sealed in a sealed chamber to a pressure of 10 m or more using a diaphragm, etc., so it has high filtration performance, but it is a batch operation and is continuous. Filter press type filtration machines are inferior in efficiency and difficult to use in processes and the like.Furthermore, filter press type filtration machines are generally expensive to manufacture.

Conventionally, when performing pressure filtration, the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-6
As in No. 903, the stock solution was either sealed in a sealed filtration chamber and pressurized, or as in Betoderes, the fluidity of the stock solution was reduced and then pressurized, but in this invention, , a pressure plate is used as a pressurizing means after reducing the fluidity of the stock solution with a vacuum p-filtration device, and compared to the pressure belt and jarring roll of a conventional belt press, it has a lower High pressure is applied from the normal direction to improve filtration performance.

"Example" In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is an endless filter cloth stretched horizontally, 2 is a vacuum suction box provided on the lower surface of the horizontal running starting end of the filter cloth 1, and 3 is a This is a trough for receiving furnace liquid provided on the rear side of the vacuum suction box 2. The vacuum suction box 2 and trough 3 are connected to each other, and wheels 4 are attached to the lower surface of the trough.
The top can be moved back and forth along the running direction of the filter cloth. Reference numeral 6 is a cylinder for driving the same, and 7 is a flexible tube for taking out furnace liquid. Next, reference numeral 8 denotes a stay 9 that is erected on the side of the vacuum suction box, as shown in FIGS.
The rear end (with respect to the traveling direction of the filter cloth) is pivotally attached to the front end, and the rollers 10 provided on both sides of the front end are part of the support frame 12 of the pressure roller 1). No/l set in
/13 I was transferred to a higher rank. (See Part 3)
That is, the pressure plate 8 is configured to reciprocate along the filter cloth traveling direction together with the vacuum suction box 2 and the trough 3. On the other hand, the support frame 1 of the above-mentioned pressure roller 1)
2 has its rear end (based on the traveling direction of the filter cloth) pivoted to frames 14 erected on both sides of the filter cloth 1, and a pneumatic jack 15 is provided at its front end. The pressurizing roller 1) rotates around the pivot point to move toward and away from the filter cloth 1. That is, the pressure plate 8 with which the transfer plate 10 at its front end is engaged with the support frame 12 also approaches and leaves the filter cloth in conjunction with the vertical movement of the support frame 12. Further, the rear end of the pressure plate 8 is pivoted to maintain a constant height relative to the filter cloth 1, and the front end thereof is inclined so as to approach the filter cloth 1. .

Next, in FIGS. 2 and 3, reference numeral 16 denotes a receiving plate for the above-mentioned pressure plate 8, which has a hollow structure and is fixed to the frame 17 of the trough 3 on the lower surface side of the filter cloth 1. It is. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 18 is a hopper for receiving the stock solution, 19 is a top for supplying the stock solution, 20 is a scraper, and 21) 5 is a tensilan roll for tensioning the cloth. First, FIG. 6 shows an example in which a part of the vacuum suction box shown in FIG. 1 is replaced with a vacuum suction drum 22.

The device according to the present invention is configured as described above, and when the stock solution is supplied from the trough 19 onto the filter cloth 1 while running the filter cloth 1 and the vacuum suction box 2, the stock solution is first transferred to the vacuum suction box. filtered by 2. At the same time, the pressure plate 8 also advances forward, and its tip advances below the pressure roller 1).
This pressurizes the furnace slag below. That is, the furnace slag that has been filtered by the vacuum suction box 2 and has lost its fluidity is pressurized by the wedge-shaped pressurizing part of the pressurizing plate 8 as the filter cloth 1 moves forward, and the liquid is further removed. During this pressurization, in this invention, the furnace slag from which υ liquid has been removed by vacuum suction is gradually pressurized, so that continuous filtration can be performed without dispersing the furnace slag. It is possible.

In this way, when the vacuum suction filtration and pressure filtration are completed, the trough 3 provided in the lower part of the vacuum suction box 2 and the pressure plate 8 is returned to its original position by the cylinder 6. At this time, in the present invention, by moving the support frame 12 upward with the jack 15, the front end of the pressure plate 8 moves upward in conjunction with this movement.
This allows for smooth return to operation without interference between the furnace slag on the following filter cloth and the pressure plate 8.

The p-liquid filtered as described above can be taken out from the vacuum suction box 2 and the trough 3 through the sinterable tube 7, and the vacuum suction box 2 is divided into several chambers in a rotating manner. If it is kept in place, even if the furnace slag that has been vacuum suction-filtered is washed on the filter cloth, it is also possible to take out the cleaning furnace liquid separately. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, if a vacuum suction drum 22 is provided in the vacuum filtration section, the machine body becomes three-dimensional and the installation area can be reduced.

"Effects of the Invention" As is clear from the above explanation, this invention adds a function similar to pressure filtration to vacuum filtration, but this pressurizing device is made of a steel-like material with a plate body. This pressurizes the pressurized section of the press, making it possible to continuously filter furnace slag, which has conventionally been difficult to filter under pressure due to its fluidity. Compared to conventional equipment, it can be easily used in processes, etc., and the benefits to industry are significant.
