Abstract

PURPOSE:To backwash and remove easily clogged impurities and dust by varying freely the space dimension of respective components forming a filter as desired. CONSTITUTION:When a filter forming component 2 is constituted, for example, of square ring-shaped plates 3, respective plates 3 are assembled by placing washers 6 of desired thickness on mounting holes 4 around four sides and installing the same thereon through mounting bolts 5. At that time, the thickness of the washers 6 forms the space dimension of spaces 1, and said system can be applied to many different kinds of fluids by providing many kinds ot washers 6. When impurities and dust are trapped in the spaces 1 of the filter and the fluid pressure downward is increased and sensed by a sensor 7 or the like, the valve 8 is closed to stop the flow of the fluid, and the mounting bolts 5 are loosened to widen the spaces 1 of respective plates 3, and backwashing is carried out by passing pressure fluid from the upper side.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the conventional filter as described above, when a blockage occurs, the filter is backwashed and the impurities and dust stuck in the filter are flushed out by applying pressure from the opposite direction. However, in this case, there were parts that could not be removed no matter what, and after a number of uses, the product became unusable and had to be replaced with a new one.

Filters that have been developed in the past range from wire mesh-like filters to ceramic thin plates with small holes, but wire mesh filters have the risk of the mesh becoming larger during backwashing. Various types of thin plate-shaped materials have been developed, and in recent years, products that can be used considerably more frequently have been produced, but they cannot be called optimal.

This is because if the impurities or dust are soft, or if the tip passes through the filter's eyes and the rear part is left behind, it will be difficult to remove it no matter what method you use. There was no way to prevent this.

The dimensions of each gap made up of each member can be freely changed as desired, and the cross-sectional shape of the members making up the gap is shaped so that it can be easily opened by the pressure of the backwashing fluid. Therefore, it is possible to make each member magnetic so that adjacent members repel each other, or it is also possible to form the members in a spiral shape and use the elastic force of the member to change the gap size. Moreover, it is also possible to change the dimension of the gap by configuring each member in a louver type or the like so that the angle of each member can be changed. In addition, it may be constructed of mesh-like members, and in this case, the gap size may be enlarged by applying tension to these members vertically or horizontally.

First, referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the structure is such that fluid is introduced from below, filtered through gaps l of the filter, and the filtered fluid is discharged upward. Component 2 that makes up the filter...
is composed of rectangular ring-shaped plates 3..., holes 4... are provided on all sides of each plate 3, and washers 6... of a desired thickness are inserted between each plate 3. , the above-mentioned installation is done by passing bolts 5 through holes 4, and the above-mentioned washers 6.
The thickness of is the gap dimension of the desired gap l, and by preparing various washers 6 with different dimensions in advance, it can be applied to more fluids. 7 in the drawing is an instrument that senses the difference between the pressure of the lower fluid and the pressure of the upper fluid. If the gap 1 of the filter is clogged with impurities or dust, the pressure of the lower fluid increases. In this case, the lower fluid pressure increases. Close the valve 8 to stop the fluid flow, and loosen the bolt 5 for installation.
Pressurized fluid is flowed from above to widen the gap 1 between each plate 3 to remove clogged impurities and dust, and the fluid in the filter A is discharged from the discharge pipe 9, and the discharge pipe 9 is closed to remove impurities and dust. After completely removing the parts, each installation involves tightening the bolts 5 and resuming use.

When a spiral member IO is formed and a washer 6 of an appropriate thickness is provided as shown in FIG. 7, if the bolt 5 is loosened as necessary, the gap will open due to the elasticity of the member LO itself. It can remove clogging impurities and dust. In this case, the shape of the member 10 may be various shapes such as a square plate or a round bar as shown in the drawings.

As a method for widening the gap size of the gap l, there is a structure based on the elasticity of the member lO itself as described above, or a method of increasing the size of the gap L as shown in FIG.
A method in which the cross-sectional shape of the plate is triangular so that it can be easily expanded by the force of pressure fluid, a method in which each plate 3... is magnetized and the gap 1 is opened naturally when the bolt 5 is loosened, or If it is a planar filter, it may be configured with one louver or a blind method, and in the case of a filter with a planar structure, two filters may be stacked so that the gaps intersect with each other. It is also possible to configure

In the embodiment, the shape of the ring-shaped plate 3 is described as being rectangular, but the shape is not limited to the rectangular shape, and may be circular or various other shapes. Further, various shapes of the members of the filter having a planar structure can be considered, such as square, round, plate, etc. FIG. 8 is an example showing a usage state of the embodiment of the present invention, in which a ninth
Examples of configurations as shown in FIGS. 1 and 1O are used, but in FIG. Figure 1O is composed of a rectangular ring-shaped plate 2, and the magnet or the plate 2 itself is magnetized, and the poles of the upper and lower adjacent plates are made to be the same.
Since the shape is such that it is possible to use the repulsive force or the pressure of the backwashing fluid, it is also possible to wash only with the pressure of the fluid without using the 1i11 force. When magnetic force is used, it is preferable to use a permanent magnet or an electromagnet depending on the fluid used.

In the embodiments from Fig. 8 to Fig. 1O, an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder 12 is used to assist cleaning in order to widen the gap l, and in particular, in the configuration shown in Fig. 9, the mesh is widened. In order to do this, force is applied to the left and right to twist the member IO. Of course, as shown in FIG. 1O, it is also possible to directly use an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder 12 to pull it up and down to spread it out. 13 shown in Figure 1O.
- is attached to a long rod provided on the plate 14, and is used to position the washer 6 and plate 3 when the air cylinder or hydraulic cylinder 12 is operated to widen the gap l, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. The mounting corresponds to bolt 5, and 15 is a Teflon product.
