Nowadays, it is unimaginable to live without a chair, and lower back pain is a prominent and increasing problem caused by chairs. In other words, although conventional chairs are excellent in terms of comfort from an ergonomic standpoint, they cannot be evaluated as being very good from an anatomical standpoint. This is because the structure is such that people naturally adopt postures that put strain on their lower back. Anatomically, this is expressed by the difference in the lumbosacral angle. When sitting on a conventional chair A', the lumbosacral angle θ 1 is larger than when standing, as shown in Figure 1. Therefore, vertebra A presses on intervertebral disc B, which stimulates the nerves. This makes lower back pain more likely to occur. Therefore, a chair with a sloping seat with a backrest and knee pads that allows you to sit without putting stress on your intervertebral discs has been proposed, but depending on your body size, you may not be able to maintain the correct posture, and you may end up hurting your lower back. I had a problem with it being painful.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to be able to sit without being affected by body size, without putting any strain on the intervertebral discs, and to be easy to use. Our goal is to provide you with a chair that can.

The chair frame 3 is made of pipe material or the like, and has a knee pad support frame 5 erected at the front and a seat support frame 6 erected at the rear. A seat attachment part 7 is formed at the upper part of the seat support frame 6 and is inclined downward at an angle of 30 degrees. The chair body 8 is formed by integrating the backrest 1 and the seat part 2 with a connecting pipe 13 bent at an angle of 120 degrees in a F-shape. It is as ゜. This 120° angle is the ideal ergonomic sitting angle and is highly effective in preventing back pain. The seat portion 2 is made up of a back plate metal fitting 9, a wooden pattern 10 and a urethane resin layer 11 stacked on top of each other, and covered with a cloth 12, and the connecting pipe 13 is welded onto the back plate metal fitting 9. The chair body 8 is a seat support frame 6
It is attached to the seat attachment part 7 of the chair body 8 via the sliding mechanism part 14 so as to be slidable along the seat attachment part 7, and the backrest 1 of the chair body 8 in the attached state is vertical and the seat part 2 is attached to the seat attachment part 7. It is parallel to the mounting portion 7 and is inclined downward toward the front. A knee pad 4 is attached to the upper part of the knee pad support frame 5, and this knee pad 4 is located on an extension line of the seat portion 2 in the forward and downward direction. The sliding mechanism section 14 of the chair body 8 is the seat attachment section 7.
A sliding pipe 15 is slidably fitted into the sliding pipe 15, a long hole 16 is drilled in the seat mounting portion 7 within the sliding range of the sliding pipe 15, and a long hole 16 is inserted into the long hole 16 and inserted into the sliding pipe 15. The outer periphery of the seat mounting portion 7 is coated with Teflon to facilitate the sliding of the sliding pipe 15. The top of the sliding pipe 15 of the sliding mechanism section 14 is fixed to the back metal fitting 9 of the seat section 6 by welding 18. A spring locking pin 19 is attached to a portion of the seat mounting portion 7 of the seat support frame 6 that is rearward of the elongated hole 16. Reference numeral 20 denotes a tension spring for pulling the sliding pipe 15 backward, and this tension spring 20 is installed inside the seat mounting portion 7, and both ends of the tension spring 20 are connected to the spring locking pin 1.
9 and a locking pin 17, respectively. When no tensile force is applied to the tension spring 20, the sliding pipe 15 is located at the rear of the elongated hole 16, and the chair body 8 is the most distant from the knee rest 4. The knee pad 4 is attached to a back plate metal fitting 21 as shown in FIG.
A wooden mold 22 and a urethane resin 23 are stacked on top of each other and covered with a cloth 24, and a recess 25 is formed in the front part of the knee pad 4 to accommodate the front surface of the knee pad. knee pads 4
The back plate metal fitting 21 is fixed to the upper part of the knee pad support frame 5 by welding 18. When sitting on the chair A configured as described above, the chair body 8
When seated, the chair body 8 can be moved forward along the seat attachment part 7 by the weight of the person P. Therefore, even if the body size differs depending on the person P, the chair body 8 can be moved forward by the weight of the person P. The knee can be placed on the knee pad 4 without having to sit in an unreasonable position, and as a result, the lumbosacral angle θ 2 is not larger than in the standing position, as shown in Figure 8a.
The intervertebral disc B is not compressed by the vertebra A as shown in figure b. In addition, the recesses 25 in the knee pads 4 ensure the positioning of the knees so that a correct posture can be maintained, and the chair body 8 can be pulled back by the tension springs 20 when not in use, making it easy to sit on. be.

10 and 11 show other examples of the sliding mechanism section 14. The seat portion 2 is slidably attached to the seat attachment portion 7 via an arc-shaped sliding body 26. Elongated holes 16 are bored on both sides of the seat mounting portion 7, and both ends of a locking pin 17 inserted horizontally through the elongated holes 16 are fixed to the sliding body 26. A spring locking pin 19 is also arranged horizontally, and the base end of a spiral tension spring 20 is attached to and wound around the spring locking pin 19, and the tip of the tension spring 20 is locked. It is attached to pin 17.

As described above, the present invention integrates a vertically disposed backrest and a forwardly downwardly inclined seat to form a chair body, and attaches the seat of this chair body to a chair frame. The knee rests are fixed to the chair frame by being positioned on the extension line of the seat in the forward and downward direction, and the chair body can be moved and adjusted freely on the extension of the seat in the forward and downward direction. By adjusting the movement in the direction of Even when standing, the lumbosacral angle is not larger than in the standing position,
Lower back pain can be reliably prevented, and the seat can be pulled backwards along the seat support frame with a spring, making the chair body movable along the extension line of the seat in the forward-downward direction. Since the knee pads are fixed to the chair frame with the knee pads positioned on the extension line of the The seats are spaced apart from each other, making it easy to sit on the seat, but after sitting on the seat, the seat slides against the spring in the direction of the knee pads, keeping the knees of the person seated on the knees. The seat can be easily placed on the knee pad, and when standing up from the chair, the seat automatically lowers back, creating a sufficient gap between the seat and the knee pad, making it easy for anyone to sit down. This has the advantage that the sitting position can be adjusted to a predetermined position while also allowing the user to easily stand up from the chair.
